Male, 9years, Jug+ChiweenieMoose is a great dog, who wants and loves attention. Unfortunately I have two young children with busy schedules and am recently separated. I no longer can give Moose the love he deserves. He’s great around kids, but does prefer adults. He gets along with other dogs. He has also been around cats.(but never lived with one) He is very healthy, and active, but also is calm.He has a little anxiety about going in the cage at first- but have watched him on cameras that he settles down quickly. He also has been left out of the cage and can roam around the house alone. He enjoys being outside and car rides. He loves cuddling and being petted. Moose has been boarded for vacations, and was always a favorite. Updated on shots - most recent visit was April 2026I am heartbroken to give him up, but Moose deserves to have more attention.

Both boys are treat-motivated and are doing well with a consistent bathroom schedule. These boys are easy-going at home, but do enjoy a leisurely daily stroll and time outside. These little ones are double merles—an outcome of irresponsible merle-to-merle breeding, which can lead to serious health issues, including vision and hearing impairments. In their case, all three are deaf, but that doesn’t slow them down one bit! We were happy to step up to offer these babies a soft landing and the chance at finding devoted families to call their own. These pups are happy, playful, and full of life, moving at a comfortable middle-of-the-road energy level. They catch the zoomies and run around playing tag out in the yard, but then settle in beautifully for a snuggly nap afterwards. Snap is the “puppiest” of the bunch. He is most playful and is usually the one to instigate shenanigans… he’s so much fun! They are looking for homes with committed adopters ready to take on the unique (and rewarding) experience of training a deaf dog.
