Story
Marshall is a fantastic boy!  He is dog, cat and kid friendly! He rides well in the car, walks great on a leash, is crate and potty trained!  He'll enjoy a long walk or a snuggle sesh on the couch and rarely complains! The one thing hindering this amazing boy from finding a family, is that he is absolutely terrified of thunder and fireworks. He needs a home with sympathetic and understanding humans that will love him and reassure him in these times of doubt.  He will repay you for your kindness with endless love and kisses.   Marshall is about 50lbsHe is neutered, microchipped, fully vaccinated and current on prevention. Please reach out if you have any questions or are interested in giving this boy a family!  Please be sure to include your phone number with your inquiries and check your spam folder for a reply. ##1178228##

ADOPT ME HERE (click on or copy and paste link into web browser): https://tinyurl.com/47n9b9cxHello! I am Harley and I am about 5 years old. My owner was moving away and could no longer keep me. I am very anxious here at the shelter with all the new smells and sounds, but I am sweet and loving with people. I will need someone with a little patience to take their time with me until I can become confident again. I am vaccinated, wormed, microchipped, had flea treatment applied, and sterilized. Sadly, I have tested positive for heartworms, but please don't let that scare you away! Heartworm disease is very treatable and Lewisville Animal Services will pay for my treatment. Please call the shelter at 972.219.3478 for more information about the heartworm treatment protocol. If you are interested in adopting me, please copy and paste the link above into your web browser and fill out an adoption application. I cannot wait to meet you!

Story
Hi! I'm Molly! I'm a 2 year old, female, Dalmatian/Pit mix, and weigh approximately 62lbs. I was surrendered on 06/30/2023 because my owner could no longer care for me. I am a sweet girl who loves to play! I love to go on walks with volunteers and really get a kick out of rolling around in the grass! I do well with other dogs but a meet and greet is encouraged to make sure we get along prior to adoption. I have been searching for my fur ever family for 144 days as of 11/21/23 and am now a Diamond Dog! My adoption fee is $75. I am spayed, microchipped, current on my rabies vaccination, basic boosters, and heartworm negative! If you are interested in adopting me, please visit https://rockwalladoptions.com/adopt.../adoption-application/ and RAC staff will be in touch to set up a meet and greet!  All animals, unless otherwise noted in their description, are at 1825 Airport Rd. in Rockwall, TX. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9 am to 6 pm and Saturdays 9 am to 5 pm. For questions, please call 972-771-7750 ext. 2 or email info@RockwallAdoptions.com. IMPORTANT NOTICE: All shelter animals are required by Texas state law to be spayed/neutered. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption. This policy is non-negotiable and violation of this health code is a criminal offense. November 28, 2023, 6:20 pm

Story
Luna is a 5 year old Dalmatian/Lab mix She weighs about 50 pounds and is house-trained, crate-trained, and walks well on leash. She has grown up with kids and is gentle with all ages and loves to give kisses. She loves squeaky toys and snuggles and playing in the backyard to keep an eye on the squirrels! She is highly trainable and super eager to please. Luna was born deaf but was taught hand commands from age 5 months. She responds well to visual cues and is eager to learn more. Deaf dogs are just like regular dogs, you simply communicate with them a little differently! If Luna sounds like the perfect addition to your family but you are worried about her being deaf don't be! We will include sessions with our trainer for any interested family to help make the transition super easy! Luna either needs to be an only dog (as being deaf other dogs can startle her) or potentially with a calm male dog. We are a RESCUE GROUP, not a shelter, and all of our animals are in foster homes. To start the adoption process, email us at adoptions@earstexas.org requesting an application. Submitting an application does not commit you in any way, but helps us make the best match between people and our available dogs. Your current or past dogs must be inside dogs who have been spayed/neutered and are on heartworm prevention. All of the dogs in our program are inside dogs and are completely vetted including all vaccinations, spayed/neutered, free of internal parasites, microchipped, heartworm negative and on prevention before adoption. Our adoption process includes an application, check of vet records or personal references, interview, neutral site meet & greet with the dog and your family, and a home visit.
