Story
Kashi is a 3-year-old Ă˘Â€ÂœSato' rescued from Puerto Rico. They are usually a blend of terrier/pointer, and she is the smartest and most loving dog.
Even though she was a stray in Puerto Rico, she has been house-trained, remarkably resilient, loves to cuddle, and usually has her paw on you just knowing that you’re there.
She is crate trained, up to date on all of her vaccinations, spayed, and microchipped. She recently had her teeth cleaned and is a healthy girl!
She’s a dog who insists on you loving her and endears herself to anyone who meets her. Her vet even said that she is her favorite dog, but you can’t tell anybody!
She needs moderate exercise with a larger space to run around in. She's still working on not being reactive to squirrels on walks. When inside after that, she loves just sleeping on the couch, curled up in a ball, or in her crate with her blanket, which she adores.
She will be a wonderful and loving family dog! She is very well-mannered and understands Spanish. We’re working on her English and she has picked it up quickly.
Kashi was brought to Florida where I adopted her this year. She has dealt with a lot of changes in her life since I adopted her several months ago. I just moved from Florida to Dallas in an apartment and she would be wonderful with someone that takes her out to play a lot, but then also hang out at home together. She does not bark at all so she’s a perfect dog in that sense too. She just has a little piggy snort when she wants something.
