Marshall is a fantastic boy!  He is dog, cat and kid friendly! He rides well in the car, walks great on a leash, is crate and potty trained!  He'll enjoy a long walk or a snuggle sesh on the couch and rarely complains! The one thing hindering this amazing boy from finding a family, is that he is absolutely terrified of thunder and fireworks. He needs a home with sympathetic and understanding humans that will love him and reassure him in these times of doubt.  He will repay you for your kindness with endless love and kisses.   Marshall is about 50lbsHe is neutered, microchipped, fully vaccinated and current on prevention. Story
Puck was adopted from a shelter when he was just over 8 weeks old and has been with us ever since. He is independent and needs little to no human attention, but can be affectionate and is a sweet dog. He is an inside dog but loves being outside and during the day will only come in for water. He is people friendly, dog friendly, and not food aggressive. He is very energetic and is a boisterous player. He likes to play with a ball and to play tug of war with anything.

Story
Copper is a fantastic buddy that loves his people. He loves watching for squirrels and protecting the yard! Copper adores his “stuffies” and loves to do zoomies with them. Copper would also prefer a home without children. He enjoys a brisk walk, know how to sit and shake and loves to howl when he hears any siren! Copper has a good amount of energy, but also loves to relax with his humans. Soft plush blankets are his favorite, and he can barely wait for you to lay them out before he tries and snuggles in. Copper can be choosy about other dogs, but has lived with a large and small dog with success! If you are looking for a devoted companion, Copper is the guy for you. If you feel your home might be the right place for this wonderful dog, the place to start is with the adoption application found at www.dfwrescueme.org/adopt.  Once submitted, the foster will contact you to tell you more, and to arrange a meeting! The adoption fee for all of our dogs is $250.00, which includes their vaccinations and spay/neuter. Copper is participating in the DFW Rescue Me Guest Dog Program, so custody and ongoing care are provided by the foster, not by DFWRM.April 5, 2024, 10:47 am

Story
Hey there - it’s me - Doc.   You might have seen some pictures of me when I first came in.  Boy was that embarrassing!  But this Doc got to see a real doc and let’s just say everything is back to normal!   I’m at that perfect pointer age - past the puppy stages but still with lots of energy to be a walking or running buddy.   I will admit I could use some leash training but darn it the world is exciting, I just want to explore as much as I can.  Don’t get me wrong - I like a good snuggle too.   So I’m looking for my family or a buddy to play with and hang out.  C’mon - you know you want to snuggle with me!!! retrieveafriend.org/adoptVisit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.April 10, 2024, 5:07 pm
