Hi there! My name is Marge and I'm a spayed, 2-year-old, Doberman that currently weighs about 50lbs. but I should be around 55-60lbs. I'm a timid sweetheart that is still working on my social skills. I'm very affectionate with every person I've met and dogs that are my size, but I'm easily overwhelmed by dogs that are smaller than me and/or more rambunctious. I'm hoping for a family that has experience socializing worried ladies like myself so I can go out into the world with confidence! Once I'm comfortable, I love to cuddle and play with my favorite people. I enjoy treats and I'm very trainable! URGENT -this sweet girl needs a home!! We are trying to help a family find a new home for their 18 month old female doberman Gabbana. They got her as a puppy, and she has been raised around kids and is a sensitive and sweet girl. Although she has spent a lot of time outdoors, she is calm and well-behaved in the house - she's also crate trained. Gabanna is super affectionate to her people and also an excellent watch dog of the home like dobermans are! Gabanna is not fond of other dogs and needs to be an only dog. She is very food motivated and loves to play ball at the park. Gabanna is on the smaller side around 45 pounds. We’ve come a long way with Stanley! He is a sweet, smart and anxious dog who has confidence issues since a very young pup. We got him from someone selling puppies and think he may have been mistreated or separated from his mom early. We both worked from home so he got full time care but he still had separation anxiety. We’ve worked on building his confidence, constantly praising and showing affection and it finally came together when he turned 1.5. He now stays at home for 6-8 hours without issue (as long as his emotional needs are met first) and is generally more calm. He is still a velcro dog so folks may want to continue to work on gaining his independence. He thrives with mental stimulation, like hiding his dog food throughout the house and practicing tricks. Once he’;s put in a good day’w work, he’ll sleep from early evening on.
