  Meet sweet old man Tempo! He is a 10 year old gentle Dobie. He is very affectionate, mellow, easy to walk. He likes to play with toys and hang with his humans, and is fascinated by other dogs. He likely has some sort of neuro condition, as he often turns in circles, but he doesn't let it dampen his spirits... he just wants to live out his golden years with a family who is willing to see past his circling and enjoy him as the positive being that he is. If you are ready to open your heart and your home to this social soul, please ask to meet Tempo Tempo has participated in shelter playgroups and may enjoy a compatible canine friend in his new home. Beautiful NORA is a 5-year-old Doberman mix who has already been failed once... and now she's about to lose her life. She originally entered the shelter as a stray, redeemed by her owner, just to be surrendered for the holidays. Now Nora is sitting in a kennel, confused, terrified, tail tucked, shaking as the barking around her never stops. She is not a bad dog - her former owner said she is good with people she knows, knows basic commands, and is loving and a loyal dog. ##2629071##

Adopt/Foster Deebo! Deebo is looking for a home. Deebo is around a 2 years old, neutered, chipped and vaccinated. Deebo was rescued from his abusive owner and taken to the shelter. He is a very sweet dog despite what he may have been through. Deebo is very very active and hyper. He was with his foster dad since he was rescued. Deebo needs a breed experienced adopter who can give him the best life. He is pretty new to everything, when he arrived he was very thin as well. Deebo is so goofy and loves to run. Deebo was rescued about one year and a half ago in Nov 2023! We would love to find him a home that he can call his own. For some reason Deebo one had one application!! Meet Dobby - the most pawfect, dapper dude in town! This 7 m/o Doberman x Min Pin x Rottie x Husky mix is Hollywood hunk, leading man status with ears that deserve their own IG account! He's truly one of those once-in-a-lifetime dogs. He’s the kind of pup who makes you wonder how you got so lucky. Dobby is the kind of dog who makes himself at home in your heart within minutes. He'll greet you with the sweetest little tippy-tappy happy dance. Dobby LUVs people in that full-body, lean-into-you, follow-you-from-room-to-room kind of way. He’s affectionate without being overwhelming, playful without being chaotic, and incredibly tuned in to his humans. He adores other dogs and plays politely — reading the room, matching energy, and keeping things respectful. He’s not a big barker (your neighbors will appreciate that), he’s great in the car, and he already knows some basic manners like “sit.” He’ll even let you know when he needs to go outside and is mostly house trained. Beyond all of his wonderful traits, Dobby has a story that makes him even more special. He was found as a tiny puppy scavenging for food in an alley. A kind person rescued him and LUVingly rehabilitated him, helping him grow into the confident, affectionate, well-adjusted boy he is today. Sadly, his previous human is facing some mental health challenges and made the heartbreaking but loving decision to let him go so he could have stability and lifelong security. Dobby's learning the ropes of being alone in a crate; his foster pawrents are gently working with him on building comfort in those spaces. We do not yet know how he is with cats or other small animals, so a home without them — or one willing to do careful introductions — would be ideal. Dobby's ready for commitment. He's ready for consistency. Ready for someone who sees that he’s not just a cute, mixed-breed puppy. He’s a loyal companion in the making. Currently located in LA. Ready to fall in LUV?
