Honey is a sweet two year old Doberman/husky mix. Sadly, her mommy has a terminal illness and has reached out to us to find Honey the perfect forever home. Honey is spayed, up-to-date on all required vaccines, HW negative and micro chipped. Honey is sweet and affectionate but a little awkward. She just needs a little bit of training to become that perfect dog. Training her mom just hasn’t been up to lately. Honey has one beautiful blue eye and the most adorable ears I’ve ever seen. She weighs about 55 pounds. She would do well with older children that wouldn't be knocked over as well as a good natured doggy sibling. This adorable little girl and her siblings came in to rescue last winter after they were dumped on a back country road. Their mother was found deceased, so we took the puppies in to try to save them. They were very sick initially but are very healthy now. Blair is a gentle little girl, but dose love to run and play with other dogs. She has done amazing with her house and crate training. She is so deserving of a wonderful home to call her own. She is fostered in East TN, but transportation is included in the adoption fee and provided by Rescue Riders LLC. Her foster family and DRM have devoted themselves to keeping Sunny in their home, where she will be cared for and loved for the rest of her life. Sunny is a smart girl and knows all of her basic commands. She also lets you know when she must go outside by pawing at your hand and giving you a quick kiss.
