Story
Jasmine, one of the gentlest and kindest dogs we have ever encountered, was dumped at an oil site near someone's property. For 6 months, Jasmine and her dog friend lived there and were able to survive because a lovely woman came to feed them every day. Because Jasmine and her male dog friend were not fixed, Jasmine gave birth to 10 puppies a few weeks ago. Sadly the male dog disappeared and so far has not been found. Please say some prayers that he shows up. Jasmine seems to recognize her good fortune and had many tail wags and kisses for the humans who helped her. She has such an affectionate nature. She is delighted to see humans and enjoys attention or a kind word or gentle touch. She loves being told what a pretty girl she is! She meets humans with a tail wag and affectionate nuzzle. Not crazy energy - just gentle and easy. Remarkably, Jasmine has not had one accident in her foster home and has been a very easy house guest! Her foster parents already taught her how to walk on leash and she doesn't pull or walk between your legs. We took Jasmine to the vet on the 2nd day we had her and the was such a good girl!! The vet said she was easy and sweet - not upset in the least! We learned that Jasmine had an injury to her eye at one point and once the puppies are weaned she will need to have her eye removed. (surgery is covered by the rescue and will be completed before adoption.) Some family is going to be very lucky to adopt this girl!! Jasime will be the most devoted companion and bring her new home so much joy! We are estimating Jasmine to be around 2 years old and 50 lbs. We are not certain of her breed but she appears to be mostly Lab and perhaps a sprinkle of Staffordshire or maybe Rottie or Doberman.  If you would like to adopt, please complete an application  at https://www.circle2rescue.com/dog-adoption-application/  The adoption fee of $250 includes the spay/neuter, vaccinations, deworming and microchip.   Please note, Circle 2 Rescue cannot guarantee the breed, composition or ages of our dogs as we usually have limited history prior to them entering the rescue.  ##2264418##

Story
Elsa is a super sweet, affectionate labrador retriever mix. Her tan colored spots hint at a sprinkle of Australian Shepherd or Australian Cattle Dog too. The vet indicated she is approximately 1 year of age and she weighs around 35 lbs. Elsa showed up at a community members home on the Navajo Nation about 3 months ago with her mom.  Elsa gets along great with this man’s 3 male dogs and he’s fed her and given her shelter outside. She shows no fear and comes to new people easily and is begging to have a home of her own. Mostly white lab with beautiful spots underneath and brown spots on her ears. She’s never been inside but will learn quickly and be most appreciative! She’s super gentle, no jumping and quiet. A beautiful girl with a loving spirit. Elso is now if a foster home and healing from her spay surgery on January 11, 2025. If you would like to adopt, please complete an application  at https://www.circle2rescue.com/dog-adoption-application/  The adoption fee of $350 includes the spay/neuter, vaccinations, deworming and microchip.   Please note, Circle 2 Rescue cannot guarantee the breed, composition or ages of our dogs as we usually have limited history prior to them entering the rescue.  ##2268838##

Story
This handsome boy is named Elmer but is also known as Stranger. That might seem like an odd name for a dog but listen to his story and we think you will find his name as endearing as he is. Stranger and his sister Elsa were wandering the Navajo Nation as strays when they came upon a house where a kind man offered them food and some outdoor shelter. His other dogs barked at Stranger which spooked him away but he would always return because he was hungry and tired and knew the man would provide him food and kindness. So whenever the man saw Stranger return to his house he would greet him by saying, Well hello, Stranger. Welcome Back!  The man was going to keep him but unselfishly agreed to let him join the rescue where he could have a better life.  To say Stranger is sweet is an understatement. He recently made it to his foster home and he is demure, incredibly affectionate and appreciative and very eager to please! He leans-in for love and hugs and warms  immediately to the new people he has met. Check out the pics of him huddled up next to his foster mom to tell her he appreciates her! Her nickname for Stranger is Elmer - as in Elmer's Glue.♥  He is getting used to the leash and for never having walked on leash he is doing well. Stranger is about 1 year old and weighs around 35 pounds.  He is doing great in his Colorado foster home and hasn't had one accident in the house. He is an easy boy with so much to give! If you would like to adopt, please complete an application  at https://www.circle2rescue.com/dog-adoption-application/  The adoption fee of $300 includes the spay/neuter, vaccinations, deworming and microchip.   Please note, Circle 2 Rescue cannot guarantee the breed, composition or ages of our dogs as we usually have limited history prior to them entering the rescue.  ##2275494##

Story
At just 8 weeks of age, Roxy is already full or charm and vigor! Her owner surrendered her after deciding that he didn't have time for a puppy. Cattle dogs are known for their intelligence, devotion and desire to "have a job". They are not generally couch potatoes so please do your research on the breed. Roxy will make a wonderful companion for a family who enjoys including their pets in their daily activities and providing sufficient physical and mental engagement. What a doll this girl is! Story
Can you believe Yoda was slated to be euthanized at a small town shelter because they were out of space? All his siblings were scruffy, wire-haired terriers and were adopted but no one wanted Yoda because his coat is smooth. We think he is super handsome and perfect! We are not sure what kind of terrier he is but the shelter said he is 3 months old and only weighs 10 pounds so we think he will be small to medium as an adult. Yoda is so grateful to be saved and looking for a family of his very own! ##2278280##
