Story
At three years old and almost 60 pounds, this handsome shepherd mix is the perfect medium sized adventure buddy. Whether it’s walks, playtime, or exploring the outdoors, he’s always ready to go. That said, he also knows how to settle down and relax once he’s had a chance to burn off some energy. Shady loves toys, never says no to treats, and is a very smart boy with great recall. Shady would do best with an adopter who can continue working with him through training and provide the consistency and routine he needs to succeed. With the right guidance he has all the potential to be an incredible companion.Shady can be selective with other dogs and would do best with older, dog savvy children. His history with cats is unknown. He can be a bit hesitant of meeting new people. Patience is key with Shady to ensure he feels comfortable in new situations. If you’re looking for a loyal, fun, and intelligent dog who will happily join you on all of life’s adventures, Shady might just be your perfect match![tags]Long Term Resident[/tags]

Story
Three year old Zeus is a big, beautiful boy with an even bigger heart. He just needs the right person to help him shine.Zeus came from a home where socialization was limited. He lived alongside cat siblings who mostly ignored him, and he didn’t have much opportunity to learn about the world around him. Zeus has been out in the yard while other friendly dogs were in the adjacent run. He hasn’t shown any signs of aggression - mostly approaching the fence with curiosity and the occasional bark. When Zeus first came into our care he was quite nervous. In just a short time, Zeus has made incredible progress. He’s growing more comfortable each day, enjoying time out in the yard with our team. With guidance, structure, and positive training, he has so much potential. This sweet, sensitive boy is looking for a patient, experienced home willing to help him continue building confidence and learning how to navigate the world.[tags] Long Term Resident [/tags]
