Story
I have Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV) but please don`t let that stop you from giving me a loving home!! Cats that test positive for Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV) are more likely to develop a secondary illness. They do require some special care. FeLV can be transmitted to other cats, through direct contact such as through mutual grooming and by sharing litter boxes and bowls. Therefore, FeLV positive cats need to be kept indoors and should only be housed with other cats who are also FeLV positive or no other cats. FeLV cannot be transmitted to humans or other types of animals such as dogs.Since there is no treatment for FeLV, it is important to keep the cat`s immune system strong, with a healthy diet, a stress-free environment and regular vet checkups. FeLV positive cats can have a difficult time finding homes, even though in all respects they are normal, loving cats. Please don`t allow the FeLV stigma to prevent you from opening your heart and home to a wonderful kitty companion.

Story
She was given to us from another person and since we already had one boy, we thought it would be easy to add her but she does not like my other cats and she is always fighting with them, she is very lovable towards people and sweet girl but we just can not keep her for the safety of my other senior cats. She is about 4 years old.

Story
Pip was abandoned by his mother under my shed during the hottest part of last summer. When I found him he was so thin I didn't think he'd survive. A year later and he's super sleek and healthy. He can be a little skittish but once he's comfortable with you he'll turn into a sticky burr. Since he was abandoned so young, he still likes to nuzzle and suckle my shirt. His fur is incredibly smooth and soft, almost like satin. I'd love to see Pip go to a home where his lap cat tendencies would be appreciated. He loves to sit in windowsills and watch the outside world.

Story
Meet Fiona! Fiona is a resilient lady born in 2015.Fiona is a sweet fluffy tabby girl. She was found lying in the street, unable to walk. A Good Samaritan brought her to the shelter, and this is where Saving Hope took her in. She was shot with a bb gun and still has fragments along her spine. Due to this she requires regular arthritis/pain shots about every 10 weeks. BUT, you would never know this when meeting her. She is sweet, spunky, and so curious about life. She would love to be in a home where she can be the princess she is. She would be OK with another cat or dog in the house, with proper introduction. She is vetted and has excellent litter box manners. Fiona really is the sweetest girl and can’t wait to meet her purrfect family! You must submit an application to be considered for adoption. We cannot reply to all inquiries, but respond to all no obligation applications. Fill out an application at https://savinghoperescue.org/cat-adoption-application It doesn`t obligate you, but it is the first step. Story
Meet Tarot born late June 2021. She’s a beautiful longhair tuxedo. Tarot’s whiskers aren`t the only thing that’s big about her, she has a huge personality that is extremely warm and friendly! Playful and fun-loving she never strays too far always wanting to be at your side. She isn’t picky with food. She would be a great single cat or addition to any cat family, with proper introduction she’s willing to play with dogs & kitties alike. She’s absolutely adorable and fun.Tarot has a condition called stomatitis, and while she`s had some teeth removed to manage it, she is doing well! Her stomatitis is controlled and only requires regular/routine vet visits, so she is ready to enjoy life to the fullest. You must submit an application to be considered for adoption.
