Story
We adopted Smaug back in April 2023 with another black cat from a different foster home. They warmed up quickly and get along well. We estimate him to be 2 (human) years old. Unfortunately, our lifestyle doesn't seem to do well for him as he is a very engaged cat. He loves attention and will let you know when he wants to play or lay on the couch or bed with you, even when you are in a meeting or busy. After many months of trying to find things that may keep him engaged or busy until his humans are free, it seems that he just really needs human affection and attention more often than we can provide. We are hoping to find Smaug an owner who will be able to give him the time and attention he needs. Smaug loves to play, but also loves relax time in the evening when he can lay on the couch with you. He enjoys looking outdoors and playing with a variety of toys with his human. He comes with a single cat carrier, toys, and a walking harness.

Story
Caramelo was rescued on Valentine’s Day, and is an inside-the-home adventurer and bedtime-reading pal. He loves exploring his environs and taking in new territories and scoping them from windows. After a romp with his wand and bell toys, he likes hanging out on the sofa with you, and enjoys falling asleep to a good bedtime story. He can be reserved around new people. But once he settles in he is a curious, playful, affectionate book-loving guy. If you're interested in learning more about Caramelo, please visit https://blackcatholisticrescue.com or send an email to blackcatholisticrescue@gmail.com. He is available for adoption and for foster to adopt!

Story
Hi my name is Vader, I am a neutered male, less than 2 years young. I was rescued after a nice Noah’s Bark volunteer heard that me and my siblings were on our way to get dumped in the canyons to be coyote food. My siblings have all been adopted. Now it is my turn to find a furever home. I love playing, I like toys like small stuffed mice and small soccer balls. I have medium length fur with some extra poof near my tail. I am very sweet but take a little while to warm up to new people. I am used to being in a busy home with other cats and dogs, I love being around my cat friends and like sleeping in quiet corners of the house. I also love to sit at the top of the cat tree and observe my surroundings. I would do best in a home with another cat to hang out with. I am ready for a home of my own where I will be loved forever. Our adoptions are restricted to residents within 30 miles of the South Bay area of Los Angeles. We do not ship animals or do long distance adoptions. See our adoption policies for more details on our adoption process. If you are interested in adopting one of our available pups, please complete an adoption application. You can find the application at: https://noahs-bark.org/adoption-application. Story
Hi we are the Forest Friends litter and we are 3 months old. I am Foxy. Our story didn’t start so good when our mother, a feral cat, gave birth to us on our foster mom’s porch without knowing what a nice lady she is. It was very scary at first, our mom was very skinny and skittish but fortunately our Foster Momma took us all in and kept us warm so we wouldn’t starve or get hurt on the streets. We are healthy, strong playful kittens who are now looking for our forever homes. We have kitten energy and like to play in cat tunnels, climb cat trees, and like to wrestle our cat foster brothers and then take long naps after supper. When we are sleepy and tired we like to cuddle with our doggy foster sisters who do a great job of taking care of us. Oh and did we mention, we love snacks? We are interested in going to a great home that will love us and take care of us. We will do well in a home with other cats and or large and small dogs. We all love to tussle and play together, but Loris and Foxy make a great twin duo, Squirrel and Badger love wrestling and Moose and Wolf love the cuddles. Will you be our forever home? Our adoptions are restricted to residents within 30 miles of the South Bay area of Los Angeles. We do not ship animals or do long distance adoptions.
