Story
Candy and Cornelius aren’t just matching tabbies, they are a perfectly matched pair and now BFFs. They grew up with a dog and will play with anything! Candy was rescued from Merced County and was bottle fed from 9 oz, a tiny baby. As a result, Candy is super friendly and social, happy to get lots of chin scratches and make new friends. Little Cornelius was rescued along with his sister from a feral colony in San Francisco, saved from a hard life on the streets. Cornelius can be a little shy compared to his bestie, but really enjoys hanging out near you keeping you company. He will run and play with the best of them, especially if it involves playing tag with Candy! Do these two cuties sound like the perfect match for you? All of our cats and kittens are spayed/neutered, FeLV/FIV tested, FVRCP vaccinated, treated for fleas, dewormed and microchipped. Story
Gigi is an incredibly sweet and friendly kitten. She is extremely friendly with humans and loves to be pet, held and to sit on your lap. She is very vocal, meowing, purring and chirping all the time. She eats a standard amount and is not highly driven by food. Her favorite thing to her play with is a toy gray mouse. Offering her daily playtime will be important. She is a high energy cat that will require a lot of love and attention. Gigi would do wonderful in a very active home with young kids that want to play, cuddle and join them in their play and activities. Is this little girl the perfect fit for you? Kiki is the perfect mix of playful and affectionate! When she's not curled up beside you on the sofa, you’ll find her entertaining herself with her toys. She loves being around her human and she expresses it by playfully rolling around by your feet. Kiki is quite the conversationalist too; she'll meow to greet you or ask for food, making every interaction a joyous kitty chat! And when the day winds down, she's the perfect companion for a cozy bedtime snuggle. Oh--and she’s also a top-notch biscuit-maker! Meet Trix and her adorable brother, Kix – the ultimate tag team, and sweeter than the milk at the bottom of your cereal bowl. Trix, the gray tabby goddess, is a cuddle connoisseur and loves to be the center of attention. With her plush fur and mesmerizing purr, she’s like a warm hug on a chilly day. Trix knows all the best snuggle spots and is always up for a cozy nap in your arms or by your side. She has the cutest “pay attention to me” meow, and in addition to cuddles, loves to play and chase wand toys. And then there’s Kix, the handsome brown tabby with a heart of gold. While he may start off a bit shy, once he warms up to you, he’s an absolute sweetheart. Kix is the epitome of a good boy, with his gentle demeanor and soulful eyes. While he might keep his distance and never quite settle into your lap, his gentle kisses, sniffing, and watchful gaze speak volumes about his interest in your world. With some initial patience to gain his trust, you’ll enjoy the companionship of a kitty that respects your space yet remains ever curious about your daily endeavors. That said, just like his sister, he loves to play and be silly and is highly motivated by food and treats. He also loves to be pet and especially enjoys chin scritches. Together, Trix and Kix are a dynamic duo whose personalities complement each other perfectly. Whether they’re chasing each other around, grooming each other with tender care, or simply basking in the sunlight together, their bond is unbreakable. Story
Roscoe is extremely playful and sweet. He was the runt of his litter which is probably why he has so much spunk!! His nickname is Rossy Bossy. He was a mama’s boy and now he is a complete mama's boy with his foster mom. He gives the best snuggles, makes the best biscuits and he absolutely loves to play with his brother Oreo. They hope to go to a home together, as they have become quite bonded over the past many months and look out for one another, but this is not a deal breaker. They are both also very good with other cats. Roscoe can be a bit shy at first with people he doesn't know but will definitely warm up to you quickly. He would do really well in a calm home environment along with another young playful cat and/or his brother Oreo, without young kids (under age 10) or rambunctious dogs. He has very mild Cerebellar Hypoplasia (CH), where he will lose balance slightly in his back legs while walking, it is almost unnoticeable and does not slow him down at all (scroll down to see his video). CH is not a medical condition that will cause him problems as he grows. We estimate that Roscoe was born in late May 2023. Kitty Bio 1506KL-Ro. Story
Notes from the foster:I have had `Fraidy` since Dec 1, and she is SLOWLY opening up! She still hides under the bed a lot, but always comes out to eat in the kitchen, scurries past me, and sometimes I find her in the living room when I wake up. She doesn`t come up onto your lap by choice, but does meow like she WANTS to (but isn`t quite there with the full trust yet)!Every night she comes up onto my bed while I am laying down in the dark, and gives a cute `meow!` and allows me to scratch her chin, body, pet her, but keeps just the right amount of distance to be able to bolt in case a fast move or sound frightens her. She is slowly gaining trust! I have hope she will get better at it. She is afraid of toys, and does not come to a call, but she played on a handmade cat mat that is infused with catnip the past few days, and she likes to jump up on my window sill behind the curtain. She doesnt allow me to pick her up, or cuddle, but she sleeps next to me on the bed in her little bed. So it is getting better!

Meet delightful Twinkie, our funny and playful girl with a zest for life. Twinkie has a unique charm - listen for her adorable little growl while she eats, showcasing her noisy yet endearing eating habits. She's a bundle of curiosity, always exploring her surroundings with wonder. And, of course, Twinkie has a major weakness for treats! She will even stand up on her back legs to get closer to her treats as they are being handed out. If you're looking for a lively and amusing companion, Twinkie is the perfect choice. She needs to have a cat friend among her new family, as she loves to play and cuddle with her foster kitty companions, Ziggy and Bubba. Story
Bubba is all about playtime and activity, always ready to engage in a game or explore his surroundings. He's not just playful; he's also a BIG fan of being brushed, enjoying the attention and care. His purr is bigger than he is, and his motor starts instantly when you brush or pet him. Bubba's gregarious and sweet nature make him an awesome companion. He very much enjoys treats, especially the squeeze-up goo kind. Bubba gets along great with the older foster kitties who share the same space and is often found napping with at least one of them. He is fostered with his siblings Ziggy and Twinkie. He hasn't been around dogs, and he's done well around older kids (8+). Bubba will want to have a feline friend at the home he goes to. Estimated birth date is early Sep-2023. Story
Hello, my name is Samuel Jackson. I am a two year old black cat with a white bow tie. My humans picked me up from an animal shelter in the Bahamas when I was six months old. Since then I lived as an indoor cat with them in San Francisco. My favourite things in the world are to cuddle and play. I am very curious and full of energy! I will follow you all around the house. Wherever you are, I want to be, too. Then my humans had a baby. Sadly I can't help myself but always want to play with the infant. That's why my humans made the difficult decision to find me a new home even though they love me very much. The ideal new family for me would ideally either have an older kid that wants to play with me every day or adults who can spend time with me so I can be my full energetic self. I look forward to meeting you soon, Samuel Jackson P.S. A note from my owners: the adoption fee is there to ensure only serious adopters would inquire.

Story
We adopted Kirk in 2016. He was so small and, when we asked about his droopy eyes, we found out he was deaf. Apparently, most white cats with blue eyes are deaf. We instantly knew we wanted to adopt him! He is such a funny cat and loves finding hiding places where he will sleep (coma-like) for hours. When you wiggle your fingers, he will come to you. We named him Kirk after a character on Gilmore Girls because he is quirky and goofy. He loves exploring and meeting new people. He also loves tall places and likes to scratch, so a cat tree is a must. He can be very vocal, even though he is deaf, which is pretty funny! We are growing our family and, sadly, a two bedroom in the city is starting to feel way too small for us all. :( However, it is important to us that he finds a good home where he is well loved!!!

Story
Meet Tucci! We found this adorable boy abandoned in Fort Mason back in February. Tucci is estimated to be between 2 to 4 years old and has a playful and hyper personality. He’s incredibly food motivated and enjoys treats throughout the day. Tucci gets along with our dog, but, he hasn’t clicked with our cat, which is why we’re seeking a new home for him. He loves nothing more than curling up under covers, especially between your legs under a blanket. He was in rough shape when we found him, he’s come a long way, but he can still be shy at first and may need time to warm up to new surroundings. Tucci would thrive as the only cat in a loving and patient home where he can continue to flourish. If you think you can provide Tucci with the forever home he deserves, please reach out to us.
