Story
Clove is a 7 month old kitten who loves to play and snuggle! He likes string toys, plastic springs and cardboard scratching posts. While he loves to play, he's a lap cat at heart! Clove will sit on your lap all day if you let him and loves to cuddle with his sister Toast (black kitten in photos). We'd love to re-home them together if possible, but we think they'd also do alright on their own (not a bonded pair yet). Clove's mom is a stray cat who had a litter of kittens in our backyard. We built them a shelter and brought the kittens indoors when mom was ready to move on. We adopted two kittens from the litter, but are looking for homes for Clove and Toast. I wish we could keep all 4 kittens, but we already have 2 adult cats. Clove gets along well with other cats and people and is fully vaccinated/fixed/litter trained. Please reach out if you're interested!

Story
Toast is a 7 month old kitten who loves to play and snuggle with her brother Clove! She's a little shy at first, but after she warms up, she will follow you around the house. She'll also nuzzle your hand when she wants pets. Toast loves playing with toys and watching birds. We'd love to re-home Clove and Toast together, but they would be alright apart. Toast gets along well with other cats and people (given a little time). When we first brought her indoors, she was too skittish to reliably get to the vet for shots, so she needs the works. Based on how well she's settled in her foster home, we don't think she'll have any trouble with getting to the vet in the future!

Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Fremont must have strayed from his home or been abandoned, maybe left behind when his family moved away. This kitty is extremely friendly and people-oriented, so if he was previously owned, he had no reason to be fearful of people. But when he wandered into a local business, it was clear that he was looking more for a decent meal than for human companionship, though he readily accepted both. The business owners and workers welcomed the cat, and he was offered temporary quarters in one of their cars, with clean, fluffy blankets on the seat, as you see in the pictures. Now housed with one of our foster team members, Fremont is living the life of Riley: plenty of food, plenty of affection and attention, plenty of safe indoor space to roam, plenty of toys. This kitty is ready for adoption, and would be a welcome addition to your household. Neutered, tested, microchipped, FVRCP & rabies vaccinated, and treated for fleas and worms. Story
Her name, Greta, is an anagram for Great because she is!  So outgoing, so playful and loves to be with people.  Unlike some cats, Greta even enjoys meeting new people.  If you think cats are stand-offish and independent, Greta will change your mind. This super-friendly, super-affectionate kitten has overcome a very hard start in life. She was a "surprise" kitten because she had never been seen by the kind woman who was feeding homeless cats, although other kittens that we suspect were Greta's littermates were seen and rescued early.  When she was trapped she was in really terrible condition and looked quite skeletal.  That was surprising because there was plenty of food in that area, so perhaps she was trapped in a shed or garage for a long-time.  She was so weak that she had several infections, but those could all be treated quickly.  Then it was just a matter of providing plenty of food and love.  Greta responded with purrs and love and grew into a beautiful, well-muscled healthy gray and pale orange tortie girl who loves to make her people happy. Could Greta be your girl? More information & application [ts=1696287691&src=aap]

Story
Pippa is a delightful kitten with an outgoing, loving personality and lots of energy for play.  She loves people, and turns on her purr-motor at every opportunity.  Pippa is living in a home with an older male cat, and she loves to chase and wrestle with him; she is the one to initiate all the exercise and play. She is also a bit of a character, and delights people with her goofy antics as well her special trick, playing fetch with her favorite toy (a video of that is in the link below). Pippa would be happiest with a male cat companion who is looking for a playmate. Please note: Pippa needs a playmate in her new homeMore information & application [ts=1696287691&src=aap]

Story
Pixi is pretty, playful and petite, perky and purr-y.  She's perfect! This girl is confident, curious and very affectionate too.  She and her buddy Woody are wonderful companions for each other and for their people, and just so much fun.  We just can't say enough good things about these two young cats! Pixi was a homeless cat living on the fringes of an encampment of homeless peoples, and perhaps their kindness made her quick to adapt to live as a rescued indoor cat.  Right out the trap she was ready for pets and hugs and began purring almost immediately.  This pretty girl loves to play with toys and to chase and wrestle with Woody, but she also enjoys quiet time birdwatching (through windows), curled up for a nap with Woody,  or better yet, cuddling with you. Please note: Pixi should be adopted with her best friendMore information & application [ts=1696287691&src=aap]

Story
Prince, a/k/a Prince Harry, is as sweet as he is handsome!  This handsome ginger cat is the best buddy and sidekick to his gray tabby brother Toby.  They complement each other perfectly.  Prince is calm, relaxing and the Prince of Cuddles with his people.  He loves to hang out with his foster mom when she is working at home. Toby is a bit bolder, loves to explore, and is the first to start the kitten-play and antics that will make you laugh out loud. And when these two are done playing and entertaining you they always curl up together for a nap. Check out the VIDEO link, below, to see the boys at play. These handsome brothers are inseparable and must be adopted together. Prince and Toby were born to a feral mama cat and their early days on the street they lived on the porch of a kind person, who put a warm bed in a cardboard box for mama cat and her kittens.  The ginger-cat Prince and his brother Toby seemed immediately delighted with the upgrade in their accommodations when we trapped them and moved them to a foster home. Toby and Prince are ready to shower affection and fun on a furr-ever home.  Maybe with you? Please note: Prince should be adopted with his best friendPrince is ok with small childrenMore information & application [ts=1696287691&src=aap]

Story
Sugar and Shiloh are oh-so-sweet (hence the name Sugar) siblings who are ready to take over your lap and give you lots of love and purrs. They were found, abandoned by their cat-mama, in a backyard in Los Altos. Fortunately bright white kittens are hard to miss, so a kind homeowner began feeding them and called for help in getting them ready for adoption. Both kittens were exceedingly calm and gentle right off the street, but were a little shy about their new environment. However they adjusted quickly and are exceedingly well-behaved and super-affectionate. Sugar and Shiloh are perfect for a work-at-home life, because they have been "helping" their foster-mom while she works in her home office. That help includes keeping her lap warm while she is on zoom calls, playing quietly with each other when she is concentrating on a deadline, and "assisting" with yoga stretches and meditation when she takes a break. In addition to their calm and loving personalities, Sugar and Shiloh are beautiful, with that very unusual white coat with just a few gray markings; just a gray "cap" and tail.  They are extremely bonded so must be adopted together. They would probably prefer a quiet home but would be fine with older children. Spayed/neutered, tested, microchipped, FVRCP vaccinated, and treated for fleas and worms. Please note: Shiloh should be adopted with a littermateMore information & application [ts=1696287691&src=aap]
