This e-mail will have details about pick up, the balance of the adoption fee that is owed, etc. Please email your signed & witnessed contract and pay your adoption fee in full, and for any animals located out of state, you will be contacted for details about transport to New England. Adoption Donation   $599 Located: RI   Age: 1 yr old 45 lbs   Meet Dip N Dot!  AKA Dippy (or "Dip" for short) is a well-rounded and curious girl who loves to explore her surroundings and learn new things. She’s currently mastering her basic commands like sit, lay down, and come, and she's making steady progress with her potty training. As with most young dogs, Dippy is still a bit mouthy due to her baby teeth, but give her the right toys and attention, and she settles in just fine. She loves food and treats, which makes training easier and fun! No cats please. Dippy is full of playful energy and would thrive in a home that can give her plenty of physical and mental stimulation. She’s still learning not to jump up on people, so a home without very young children would be best for now. With continued training, that behavior should improve quickly. She’s been living with her brother and enjoys canine company, though she may need a patient dog companion—she hasn’t quite learned the concept of personal space yet! Dippy is shy when meeting new people, but once she warms up, her vibrant and affectionate personality really shines. Addie, The Petite and Agile. She's ready to hop on the doggie transport bus and take her freedom ride to her forever home!!! We use a a super reliable transport company. Addison "Addie" spent over a year in a scary shelter, overlooked because she was too terrified to show her true self, just cowered in the back of her kennel, frozen on her bed. The staff of the shelter identified her as one of their residents who desperately needed to be OUT of the shelter have a chance at a future. So she came to me. The first few days were heartbreaking - she trembled at the end of a leash, her tail stayed tucked - always, avoided eye contact. But then one day, it happened, that little tail tip wagged, ever so slightly, still tucked, but it was a major step. After that the growth came faster day by day. And with the help of her foster brother, Joe, she is blossoming into a "real dog!" Addie is surely a mixed breed, but appears may some Feist in her blood. She is athletic, beautiful, sleek, LOVES to chase balls and is incredibly fast. Once the playing is done, she heads straight for her "special spot" on the sofa to snuggle up and relax. Addie is still getting over her fear, making progress daily. When her guard is down she coyly asks for pets, play fetch and loves to snuggle on her soft bed and blanket with the family. She is very food-motivated, which is making her training a breeze! She is currently working hard on her leash walking skills and potty training, gaining confidence every day. She loves her foster brother, Little Joe, and we believe she would do best in a home with another dog. She appears to be 2-3 years old, she is spayed, up-to-date on all vaccinations and prevention, and heartworm negative. Addie needs a patient family willing to work with her, to continue showing her that the world is a safe place. If you have a tennis ball and a cozy spot on your sofa, Addie might be your perfect match! A Note on her Breed: We’ve consulted a few breed identification programs, which suggested a mix of Feist, Rat Terrier, and Staffordshire Terrier. However, since these IDs can be a bit of a guessing game, we can't say for certain. If you are looking for a little companion, Milo is your man. Milo is initially timid upon meeting new humans, but once he knows he is amongst friends, Milo is a friendly, happy, loving little guy. Although he loves a lap and a cuddle, what Milo seems to love even more is the outdoors. He is very fond of time spent in the yard sniffing, playing, and doing "zoomies" but also just watching the neighborhood happenings seems to make him happy. Milo also likes to walk, and just like unfamiliar people, sometimes an unfamiliar circumstance may give him pause, but he will come around to carry on! Milo is currently in a foster home with two large breed dogs as housemates. He is more cautious around them and has kept his distance for the most part. Milo is house trained and crate trained and has been a very easy-going guest for the couple of weeks he has been with his foster family. Milo is currently in foster care so he does need a scheduled appointment in order to meet him. Meet Tum Tum — a super low-maintenance smaller dog who is looking for a chauffeur/forever family to drive him around town and help write the next chapter of his life: “Driving Mr. Tummy.” While some dogs are fixated on their ball or their daily walk, Tum Tum’s all-consuming obsession is the car. He would sit in the passenger seat all day long if he could. Beyond his insatiable desire to be in the car, Tum Tum is truly the easiest dog ever.  Tum Tum is approximately 3 years old and the perfect small to medium size at just 33 lbs. He is a mix of 19 different breeds according to his breed test — an equal mix of small and large breeds. Chihuahua (15 percent) and Husky (14 percent) were the top two breeds. He’s potty trained, crate trained and not destructive. Tum Tum could sit outside by himself all day and be perfectly content. He’s independent and self-sufficient. He’s never had much and does not expect much. He enjoys sitting next to you and getting belly rubs, but he’s not a needy lap dog.  He gets along splendidly with other dogs, enjoys the company of children and is completely neutral around cats. He rarely barks and is calm and respectful on a leash, making him very easy to walk. Although Tum is a tripod, so short walks are more his speed. Tum broke his front leg as a younger dog. Sadly it was never properly fixed, and it recently had to be amputated. But he gets around great on three legs.  Tum Tum is looking for a home with a fenced yard so he can enjoy sitting outside. He doesn’t need a super active family, just someone who likes to take him on car rides occasionally. He would do great with a less active older person or even a young family who only has the bandwidth for the easiest of dogs. He would love accompanying the kids to school drop off. Meet Bingo! 🐾😍 At just 10 months old and 11 lbs, this Chihuahua mix is a tiny little shadow who wants nothing more than to be right by your side. He’s incredibly affectionate and thrives on closeness—whether that’s curled up in your lap, being carried around, or following you from room to room. If you love a Velcro dog, Bingo will absolutely steal your heart. He has a nice, moderate energy level and the perfect mix of playful and snuggly. He enjoys playing and having fun, but he’s just as happy settling in for some cozy cuddle time. Bingo walks great on a leash and is doing very well with both crate training and house training. He’s also wonderfully social and easygoing—Bingo does great with kids, cats, and other dogs. He is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and ready to find his forever home 💙
