Story
Purebred German Shepherd with full AKA registration needs a home where he can get a lot of attention. Bo is that cuddly dog that wants belly rubs and back scratches. Bo has a natural tendency to protect, he is often the one who barks as soon as someone new comes onto the property. Bo is nosy especially if he hasn't been allowed to burn off energy. Bo enjoys a good game of fetch, but he doesn't like being wet or missing a meal. The ideal home for Bo is somewhere he can be around people who want him to be near, has space to run and play. He has a brother (littermate) named Bentley, who he would love to stay with but Bo would be happy getting all the attention.

Purebred German Shepherd with full AKA registration needs a home where he can get a lot of attention and exercise. Bentley is a high energy dog when he’s outside. Inside he is content laying at your feet chewing on a bone. Bentley wants to be as close to you as possible. He loves to play hard and will play fetch a ball until you stop thorwing it. The ideal home for Bentley is somewhere he can lay near you while inside and run wild when outside. He has a brother (littermate) named Bo, who he would love to stay with but Bentley would be happy getting all the attention.

She is good and well behaved dog, she is very protective over the family! She is well trained in the house, outside, and in the crate. She know how to sit and lay on her bed. She is very sweet and loves to play! She likes a lot of attention and she know how to get it very easily. She love stuff toys and tennis balls. She loves to run. She was born November 18!! She still acts like a baby. She is not a fighter but a lover but will fight to protect the family.

Story
Sam- I am a smart, high energy dog who loves to play, and am eager to please my humans! I am a strong puller on the leash (there’s so much ground to cover and stuff to smell!) and seem excited to play with other dogs. I am good at playing fetch and know how to sit. ISam is a smart, sweet, handler attentive boy. He seems to be overlooked in the shelter and I`m not sure why. It could be his size or that due to his intelligence, length of stay, and lack of exercise, he can be vocal as soon as someone approaches as he begs to be taken out. That being said, once he has a few minutes to run out some energy, he is actually a very calm pup that makes me hesitate to call him high energy. He loves to do tricks for treats and would thrive in a home that truly understands the need for both mental engagement and physical exercise. He likes human affection and seems interested in playing with dogs. Sam likes to play fetch and knows `sit`. He will need some work on his leash skills as he has a tendency to pull. I`m not sure he is a GSD mix but definitely has some type of working breed in his beautiful mix! As Sam approaches the two-month mark in the shelter, I worry more about him by the day. Help find this happy boy a new home, or better yet, add him to yours!

Story
Tigress is a sweet, sleek, and slender girl. When she arrived at the shelter, she was initially very timid but she quickly warmed up and showed that while quiet and unsuspecting, she`s also playful and spunky. Tigress loves to be outside and does some of the shepherd circling on leash. She is very interested sniffing and is careful to observe all the details of her surroundings. When given the opportunity to meet a male dog of slightly bigger size, she offered friendly, tail-wagging interest in appropriate sniffing. With head on, she quickly offered some playful paws and full play bow, exhibiting her young age. She`d welcome the opportunity to run, sniff, and to build her confidence through training, perhaps with another dog in the home to show her the ropes! When not one, but two volunteers, tell you to meet a dog, you have to! Tigress is a volunteer favorite and now I see why! She’s an owner surrender for “escaping” and her owner said she pulled when leash walking, but she was pretty good for Vanessa. There are great harnesses to help with pulling and just more walks to give her the exercise she needs will help. She’s listed as a German Shepherd mix, but she’s definitely got something in there to give her that slender face and build. She had no interest in a plush toy, but she loves treats! She knows sit and she did one down and one “leave it” but they may have been flukes! Before the dog to dog intros were stopped, she did meet another friendly dog and she was friendly with him and even offered a play bow. She’s a good girl who would love a family that loves her forever.
