Phoebe is a 7.5 year old Shepherd-husky mix. She needs a good home as we travel too much now and most of our kids are out of the house. We got her from a rescue and she came with an amputated tail as it had been broken. Phoebe loves children and people. She is gentle and has never been aggressive. She has no health problems and is up to date on her vaccinations/heartguard. She is a smart, loyal dog and companion. At one point her tear ducts stopped producing tears so we got her eye surgery to reroute saliva ducts to moisturize her eyes and she sees great now. No need for extra care. We would love her to find a home where she could be shown more attention. She does shed a lot and we brush her and vacuum weekly. She is most at home in cooler temperatures so summer being kept outside would be miserable for her. She walks off lead or on and responds to a beeper collar. She loves to smell at the park and is submissive with other dogs at the dog park. Come meet her and see how sweet she is.
