Story
IDGSR Welcomes MILO into the safety of the rescue!! THIS DOG IS FOSTERED IN TENNESSEE & AVAILABLE FOR TRANSPORT ************** Howdy! My name is Milo and I'm an adorable 13-14wk old male Shepherd mix. I am located outside of Memphis TN and will be available for transport. Quick Facts Age: 13-14wks old Kids: will do fine with kids Dogs: does great with other dogs Cats: will do fine with cats once trained Training: needs full obedience training 1. I came from a scary shelter where I was on the list to die. Can you imagine killing a little bitty puppy like me 'just because', it's awful what shelters can do. Now I'm in the safety of the best rescue ever! 2. Being just a little dude, I'm figuring out this big world. I'm doing great on house & crate training. My leash skills need some work but I'll get the hang of it! 3. I get along with anyone and everyone! If you have kids, dogs, cats, turtles, or a grumpy neighbor, my adorable charm will help us all be best friends. 4. I do need full obedience training when I'm a little bigger. I'm food motivated so it should be pretty easy. Do you paw-promise to train me? 5. If you are looking for a handsome, playful, curious, adventurous, friendly, and loving new companion - I'm your guy! **SERIOUS APPLICANTS ONLY! If you are not 100% ready to adopt, please wait** ************** ***IMPORTANT ADOPTION INFORMATION*** -ALL dogs are fostered in TENNESSEE unless otherwise noted -We do transport dogs to the east coast; a transport fee will apply -All dogs are up-to-date on vaccinations, heart-worm testing, monthly preventatives, & are spayed or neutered -Puppies under 6-months of age will require a SPAY/NEUTER CONTRACT, a portion of the adoption fee will be refunded upon documentation of the spay/neuter -An application must be submitted before scheduling an appointment to meet a dog -Dogs are introduced to prospective adopters BY APPOINTMENT ONLY -Due to the high volume of emails we receive, first priority will be given to those with submitted applications -All rescue work is done by dedicated volunteers, please be respectful of their time -Not able to adopt? Story
💙🐾 Looking for a Loving Home for Our Sweet GSD 🐾💙Due to unforeseen family circumstances, we have made the difficult decision to find a new home for our German Shepherd. Our biggest priority is making sure he goes to a family who will love him as much as we do and provide him with all that a GSD needs and deserves. He truly is such a wonderful dog—sweet, well-mannered, gentle, and incredibly loving. He just wants to be near his people and will quickly become your little shadow. ❤️He is crate trained, knows his basic commands, and loves spending time outside. His absolute favorite thing is playing fetch, so his new home must have a secure yard with enough room for him to run and play. 🎾He will come with everything he needs, including his crate, bed, food, bowls, food, and other supplies. We are not looking to simply “give him away.” We are looking for the right home—a loving family who will give him the attention, companionship, exercise, and love he deserves.

Please contact Darlene at 302-312-5129 (fureverpawsdogrescue@gmail.com) for more information about this pet.  This dog is located in Newark, DE. Visit us on the web at https://fur-everpaws.com/fur-ever-paws-adoption-application/ to submit an application. Please contact the foster directly at 302-312-5129 (text or call) or via email at fureverpawsdogrescue@gmail.com Fur Ever Paws Dog Rescue is a small no kill rescue operating in the Delaware/Maryland area. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit that rescues and places homeless, neglected or abused dogs from high-kill shelters in the south into loving, responsible committed and permanent homes. We feel our comprehensive adoption process which includes not only taking the time to match the dog to the prospective new owner but helping to educate that owner in responsible dog care, allows us to find the best homes for our little buddies and the best companions for you! Each week we use USDA certified transports to bring dogs from high-kill shelters in the south to our fosters where they all receive the appropriate medical care and are placed in nurturing loving homes while they await placement in their forever homes. Interested in one of our dogs? Great! Now that you've seen them here you'll need to go to our website where you'll find our list of adoptable dogs (updated every week). Then, it's just a simple process of finding a dog you're interested in and filling out an application on our site. Once we receive your application, whoever is fostering that particular dog will contact you and do a short over the phone interview to complete your application process. If everything works out, they will set an appointment with you so come out and "visit" with the dog you're interested in (we want to make sure that not only are you a good fit for the dog but that the dog will fit with you). If everything works out, you'll be able to take rover (or spot, or jax) home with you that very day. A couple of things you should know: We can't hold dogs over the phone or via email. Adoption fees vary based on breed. All of our dogs have been vet checked and dewormed (if possible due to age, additional treatment may be needed). We provide a spay or neuter voucher to all of our adopters. August 30, 2026, 3:44 pm
