Story
Hi everyone, we are looking to rehome Wolf due to a new member of the family who is allergic. Wolf is an amazing very well socialized dog. He does great in the car, with people, and other animals. He is not aggressive at all. He is a happy and very excited dog. He requires a lot of exercise, about 2+ hours a day. He loves attention and people petting him. He genuinely is the best dog I have known so this rehoming decision is not easy. Keep in mind I will vet the adoption candidates thoroughly to make sure he goes to the right home. Ideal person is someone with land and other animals so that he can run around and play with other animals. Wolf is 2yr, trained, housebroken, unneutered (has had no problems). If you or someone you know is interested, please let me know ASAP.

Story
MEET LABUBU!Looking for an adorable shepherd puppy? Meet Labubu! She’s incredibly cute, with a soft coat and a smart, lively personality. Bursting with energy, she’s always eager to play, learn, and explore, making her a wonderful match for an adopter familiar with puppy antics and committed to patient training, daily exercise, and mental stimulation. She’s currently working on clicker training for house manners, “sit,” and “down,” and does great in her crate overnight as long as you’re in the room with her, though she’s still learning to be calm when left alone. She’d thrive in a home with a tolerant, large dog who can match her playful spirit, but she’s not suited for families with small children, as her enthusiastic zoomies might knock over anything lighter than she is. She’s endlessly curious, and with a loving, engaged adopter, she’ll blossom into a loyal and intelligent companion. My friends describe me as: Energetic, Affectionate, AdventurousLabubu is currently up to date on all vaccinations, has been spayed/neutered, microchipped and seen by our vet team. For more information on Labubu or any other animal currently residing at the Animal Rescue League of Boston, please call us at 617-426-9170. We welcome adopters from NH, RI, CT, and NY. However, we will be unable to facilitate same day adoptions due to state regulated paperwork requirements.

Story
Aspen is an extremely sweet 2 years old dog. She loves her people, and gets super excited when you come home. She does like to jump up to greet you, which can result in the occasional chin-butt. She is very energetic and loves to run, play, and dig when she finds spots of interest. She loves going outdoors and for walks, but can get a bit nervous when meeting new people and animals. When introduced properly, she can get along with other dogs, but due to her resource guarding and that she can be territorial, she should be an only dog. She has a high prey drive and does not get along with cats. She is potty trained, crate trained, and knows all of her basic commands. She hasn't been around a lot of kids, the smallest being 9 years old who she has known since she was a puppy. Her mother was a German Shepherd. Meet and greet and reference(s) required.

Story
🌟 Foster Needed for February: Meet Tabitha, Our Special Senior German Shepherd 🌟 Tabitha’s story is nothing short of miraculous. She was saved from a heartbreaking area where dogs were often shot for sport. One day, she stumbled upon the right home—a kind person who refused to look away and contacted someone who came to save her. From there, Tabitha found safety at a roadside rescue network and began her long journey toward a better life. For the past few years, Tabitha has been living at the rescue headquarters. During that time, she completed much-needed heartworm treatment and is now healthy and ready to take the next step. Tabitha is a true gem. She loves stealing toys and hiding them in her crate, a playful quirk that melts the hearts of everyone who meets her. She adores being walked by visitors, is crate trained, and is good with other dogs. Her best friend is a male named Winston. However, she isn’t cat-friendly, so her foster home will need to be feline-free. Her salt-and-pepper face tells us she’s a senior, though her exact age is unknown. What we do know is that she’s full of love and deserves a warm, safe place to call home. We’re looking for a foster for February. Can you be the next stop on Tabitha’s incredible journey? If you’re interested in fostering Tabitha, please reach out! Let’s give this amazing girl the love and care she so deeply deserves. We will provide everything you need! 📩 info@bigwavedogrescue.com Foster 🎾 https://www.bigwavedogrescue.org/foster Adopt 🦴 https://www.bigwavedogrescue.org/adopt

Story
Hi, I'm Mars. I'm not a planet, but I am out of this world sweet. I've got a heart as big as the universe and a spirit as bright as the stars. I love cuddling, and I'm always up for a good belly rub. My tail wags like a comet's tail when I see my favorite humans. I love playing fetch, but sometimes, I'd rather just sit by your side and keep you company. I'm good with kids and other pets, too. I'm a simple dog with a lot of love to give. Adopt me, and I promise to be your loyal companion, to love you unconditionally, and to always make your day brighter. I'm Mars, and I'm ready to orbit around your world.

Story
Hello, I'm Roger, the dog with a PhD in curiosity. My story? Well, it involves a squirrel, a skateboard, and a tub of peanut butter. Don't ask. Let's just say, I'm now known as the 'Peanut Butter Bandit'. I was just trying to invent a new mode of transportation! But apparently, squirrels aren't the best co-pilots and the humans weren't too thrilled about my peanut butter highway. So, here I am, at the shelter, hoping to find a new partner in crime. If you love adventure, laughs, and don't mind a bit of peanut butter, I'm your guy!
