Before calling about this dog, please read our adoption requirements at http://gsrne.org/requirements-for-adopting-from-gsrne Two-year-old Coral is a dog that would thrive in a quieter home.  Coral did not have much exposure before she came to GSRNE and lived with an older couple who never took her out much. Since getting to know her, we've found she loves to cuddle with her favorite people, and enjoys being around cats and other dogs. Coral is very sweet, and a love-bug. She has excellent manners in the car, on public outings, and at the vet. This pretty pup is ready to meet her forever family, who will be patient and loving and give her the time she needs to gain more confidence!

She is playful, goofy, and so sweet. Molly is still a puppy and has some puppy tendencies that are improving with training like getting over excited. She loves playing in daycare with other dogs, in the water, and swimming. Molly has lots of energy and would do best with experienced owners that live an active lifestyle and want to continue her training.

Story
MY ADOPTION FEE WILL BE WAIVED DURING THE BIG DOG ENERGY ADOPTION EVENT FROM APRIL 21 - 27 !!! Maci is a lovely lady with a big personality! She is a growing girl who is super smart and loves to learn new things! Maci enjoys playing and running around, she is often happy to just toss her toys around and keep herself entertained. She loves the outdoors and could make a good hiking buddy one day. Maci had limited experiences before coming to the shelter so new people and places can be a bit overwhelming at first, so she is looking for a family that can help her settle in at her own pace. Maci has done well playing with dog friends while at the shelter, so we think she could do well with a confident canine companion who can keep up with her. If you think this dog could be a good match for your home and would like to learn more, stop by our Boston Adoption Center. We have open adoption hours Tuesday-Sunday from 12pm-3pm no appointment needed to speak to a staff person regarding available dogs. Preparing your home for your new dog or puppy ahead of time can help ease the transition for your new pet and set you both up for success should there be a dog thats a good match! To learn more about how to make the first few weeks with your new dog or puppy the most successful it can be, please visit www.mspca.org/petresources. For more information on our adoption process, please visit https://www.mspca.org/adoption-centers/how-to-adopt/ Please note, in an effort to keep the stress levels reduced for the dogs in our care, our dog kennel areas will not be open to walk through. Interested adopters will work with a matchmaker on staff to determine which dog(s) theyre interested in - and if we can identify a match, potential adopters will be able to meet those dogs outside of the kennel. Cat and small animal areas will remain open to walk through.

Story
Meet Daphne! - Shepherd Mix - Female - 2 years young - 41lbs - Spayed - Up to date on all vaccinations Daphne was rescued from a high kill shelter where she was next in line to be euthanized. When we saw a picture of how terrified and scared she was we knew we couldn’t let anything bad happen to her again. Daphne is very nervous and scared and we are assuming she was abused in her past as she cowers low when people walk by quick. She is really starting to open up in her foster home and getting more and more comfortable each day. Daphne needs and adopter who will be patient with her and show her that she is worthy of your love. She’s so unsure on who to trust but we can see that she wants to trust so bad. She gets along well with other dogs and sleeps through the night in the crate. Do you have enough love and patience in your heart to give Daphne the best life possible? If so, she’s desperately waiting for you! To apply to adopt this beautiful girl, please fill out an adoption application located on our website. www.aplaceforace.org

Story
I'm Luke, a five-year-old German Shepherd Dog. True to my breed, I'm incredibly smart and very loyal. I love my people and like to be close to them. My foster mom says I'm snuggly and sweet! I'm also well behaved in the home: I'm totally housebroken, and I sleep through the night on my dog bed. I am not destructive so haven't needed to be crated. I enjoy going for long walks, and I walk well on leash -- I make great eye contact with my person to check in as we go. Like most male GSDs, I will benefit from a confident owner with a knowledge of the breed. Please apply at https://www.saveadog.org/applytoadopt.asp, and someone will get right back to you.
