Story
Say hello to DINO! This bundle of joy came into the rescue and stole everyone’s heart immediately. His kind endearing eyes will make your heart melt. Dino was a puppy that was found by a wonderful person at the person’s place of employment. He fed Dino daily and allowed him to sleep in his car on his lunch breaks. Dino remained loyal and stayed around the place of work until they reached out for help from the rescue. To this day he loves cars and feels very safe from the outside cruel world inside of one. Dino has now been placed in a loving foster home and is learning to play wonderful with the foster’s big dogs and puppies that are fostering with him half his size. Dino is doing great in a crate and potty training. This guy catches on really quick. He is so appreciative of having a safe environment to thrive. He will lay on you or keep his head in your lap forever if you will allow. Personality: Dino is goofy, energetic, and playful! He does well with correction. Dino would be great in a home with another dog to keep showing the ropes of puppy life. He is soooooo ready to be your new best friend and would love a home where he can grow to be a wonderful life long family companion. Once adopted Dino will travel via the Rescue Transport to his new family. They travel each weekend from Memphis, Tennessee to the northeast, delivering pups along the way as far north as West Greenwich, Rhode Island. Transport is an additional $185. If you would like to make this cutie part of your family, please follow the link below to our adoption application. Our turnaround time is typically less than 24 hours so please be prepared before you submit your application. https://forms.gle/APKvbgFJcaRvgKgk9

Story
Meet DIXIE! 🐾 This adorable girl is just the perfect package!! Dixie found herself, through no fault of her own, in a rural shelter that keep most of their pups outside under tarps and with hay in the winter. One look at that face and we scooped her right up. We were shocked to find out how sweet, loving and gentle this adorable doll was. This amazing girl just loves life and hanging out with her people and dog buddies. She is the first to welcome you home and last to leave your side. She has the perfect energy one is looking for in a dog. Dixie is approximately 5 months and practically out of all those time consuming puppy stages. 💖 Personality: Goofy, playful and energetic. Dixie has a wonderful temperament and gets along great with her foster mates. She is super smart and a fast learner. She will be up for learning any new tricks you might want to throw her way. She is fostering in a home in Memphis, TN and her foster mom would love to tell you all about her. Dixie is going to be great family companion and she is ready to be your new best friend! If you’re ready to give DIXIE a lifetime of belly rubs, treats, and a cozy bed, please reach out! Let’s find this sweet pup the forever home she soooo deserves. 🐶💕 Once adopted she will travel via the Rescue Transport to her new family. They travel each and every weekend from Memphis, Tennessee to the north east, delivering pups along the way as far north as West Greenwich, Rhode Island. Transport is an additional $185. If you would like to make this cutie part of your family please follow the link below to our adoption application. Story
Indiana BonesMaleD.O.B. 10/26/2025Expected Full Grown Weight: 50-60 lbsBreed: German Shepherd mix Hi, I’m Indiana Bones — adventurer, professional goofball, and full-time puppy. I’m a curious, silly, and super sweet young pup who’s still discovering the world (and occasionally trying to chew it). I get along great with other dogs, kids, and even cats — though I really want to play with the cats, and I’m still learning that they may not share my enthusiasm. Because I’m still a baby, I’m working on my manners. I’m learning not to be mouthy, improving my leash skills, and figuring out this whole potty-training thing. I’m crate trained and do really well in my crate, which I’ll need when left alone for now since I’m still so young. I currently eat three meals a day (growing explorer energy!), and I usually wake up once or twice at night for quick potty breaks. I’m a busy boy who loves being outside, romping around, and playing with my sister. My favorite treasures include non-stuffed plush toys (especially squirrels!), chew toys, and anything that squeaks. When my adventures are done for the day, I turn into the cuddliest little guy and love to snuggle up for naps and bedtime. I enjoy meeting new people and dogs, but I’m still building confidence in new situations. I’ll do best with someone who’s excited to help me socialize, grow my confidence, and guide me as I become the brave, well-mannered dog I’m meant to be. If you’re looking for a fun-loving puppy with a big heart and even bigger personality, I might just be your perfect adventure buddy. If you are interested in meeting Indiana Bones apply to adopt him at www.causeforcanines.org Adoption fee: $395. Must be an Ohio resident & 23 or older. Children must be 5 or older. ##2634943##

Story
Marion BarkwoodFemaleD.O.B. 10/26/2025Expected Full Grown Weight: 40-50 lbsBreed: German Shepherd mix Hi, I’m Marion Barkwood — your future adventure buddy with a big heart and lots of energy. I’m a sweet, loving, and active puppy who’s always ready to move, play, and explore. I get along well with other dogs, kids, and even cats — though I should warn you, I really want to romp and play with the cats, whether they’re ready for it or not. I especially love chasing the kitten around the house (all in good fun!). Because I’m still young, I’m learning my manners. I’m working on not being mouthy or chewing things I shouldn’t, and I’m still polishing my potty training skills — but I’m doing really well! I usually wake up once or twice overnight for potty breaks, which shows I already understand that my crate should stay clean. Speaking of crates, I’m crate trained and do great in one, and I’ll need to be crated when left alone while I’m still a puppy. I’m a high-energy girl and, thanks to my breed, I’ll grow into an active dog who needs an equally active family. I currently eat three meals a day, but I’m slowly transitioning to two as I grow. My favorite treats are all of them — but hard chews are my absolute favorite. I love non-stuffed plush toys, chew toys, and I’m just starting to discover how fun it is to chase balls. When I’m not zooming around, I love going for car rides, being outside, and romping with my brother. I’m a bit of a nervous girl when meeting new people or animals, so I’ll need someone patient and committed to helping me socialize and build confidence in new environments. Oh, and I will need to be spayed when I am old enough. If you’re looking for a loving, energetic puppy who’s eager to learn and ready for lots of adventures (with a little reassurance along the way), I might be the perfect match for you. If you are interested in meeting Marion Barkwood apply to adopt her at www.causeforcanines.org Adoption fee: $395. Must be an Ohio resident & 23 or older. Children must be 5 or older. ##2634944##
