Say hello to DINO! This bundle of joy came into the rescue and stole everyone’s heart immediately. His kind endearing eyes will make your heart melt. Dino was a puppy that was found by a wonderful person at the person’s place of employment. He fed Dino daily and allowed him to sleep in his car on his lunch breaks. Dino remained loyal and stayed around the place of work until they reached out for help from the rescue. To this day he loves cars and feels very safe from the outside cruel world inside of one. Dino has now been placed in a loving foster home and is learning to play wonderful with the foster’s big dogs and puppies that are fostering with him half his size. Dino is doing great in a crate and potty training. This guy catches on really quick. He is so appreciative of having a safe environment to thrive. He will lay on you or keep his head in your lap forever if you will allow. Personality: Dino is goofy, energetic, and playful! He does well with correction. Dino would be great in a home with another dog to keep showing the ropes of puppy life. He is soooooo ready to be your new best friend and would love a home where he can grow to be a wonderful life long family companion. Say Hi to Onyx!This sweet girl has had quite a journey. She is a 4 year old German Shepherd whose life started in an Amish puppy mill. Onyx had been used for breeding until she was discarded. Thankfully she made her way to us so her healing journey could begin. She was a shell of a dog when she arrived. So terrified of humans she would just cower in her crate and never want to leave. She spent several months in our prison training program and found GREAT success! Our handlers did a wonderful job teaching her that humans are loving. Onyx has learned her basic obedience skills and proven she is very smart! She is hesitant in new situations, but sooo much better than when she came. She has moved to a foster home and is doing great! She enjoys being with the other dogs, running around in the backyard, rolling in the grass and is so ready for her next chapter. Her ideal home would have a fenced in backyard, another dog or 2 to show her the ropes and patient owners who understand she will need time to adjust. Even in her fear Onyx has never shown any aggression! She wants to trust and be part of the family. She is spayed, microchipped, up to date on vaccines and HW negative. She is crate trained, leash trained, knows her basic obedience and is potty trained. When I meet smaller dogs or cats, I get excited and curious, so I like to give them a good sniff—but once my investigation is complete, I happily move along. Kids can get right up in my face and I’m totally cool with it. I’m a patient, gentle buddy who just enjoys being part of the family. I’m a well-mannered guy too! I’m house trained, crate trained, and I walk nicely on a leash. I also know some important commands like sit, lay down, and leave it. When it’s playtime, I love when you throw things for me, and when it’s relax time, you’ll probably find me chewing a toy while laying on my back or smushing into you on the couch. I love food… like, really love food. If it’s edible—or even used to have food in it—I will probably try to investigate it. So keeping snacks and food containers out of reach will help me stay out of trouble. Hi guys this is nala an saferi, I had nala since she was 8 weeks an safari was adopted from a shelter 2 years after when I realized nala need a play date because the area we lived there weren’t much dog owners, letting them go is a pain I haven’t felt since my grandma passed away 12 years ago. On God this hurts so bad . I pray who ever have them be very loving to them . They really don’t ask for much , nala absolutely act like an emotional support pet . She scene when I’m not happy a will follow me around just so I can keep petting her to make me feel better. Safari is extremely overprotective she will require an experienced pet owner. She been abusing on the streets before I got her from the shelter. She has her own personality but overall they are really loving. Please be good to them I beg you in the name of God please . There are not much humans left in the world that truly care for animals but I believe in who ever get them will be ❤️
