Hi there! Regrettably I am looking to rehome my 3 y/o German Shepherd mix. He is up to date on all shots and flee meds (he’s just about due for his dewormer). He’s only had one owner (we got him at 8 weeks 🥺). He’s great with kids and cats! Just needs a little reminding to “sit” and “leave it”. He loves being outside but is not great with other dogs (he’s been bit by other dogs a couple times and is anxious now and can sometimes get defensive/agressive with other dogs). Please let me knows is you’re interested and willing to do a trial run to see if he is a good fit!

Jackson is a 9 1/2 year old german shepherd mix that is neutered and up to date on his shots. Sadly, his owner just passed away and his family is now looking for a new home for Jackson. Jackson should be the only dog. He has never been around cats. He is great with kids and would do well with any age. He is good on the leash but pulls if a squirrel runs past. He is house trained and very playful. He loves chasing the ball, but not the best with bringing it back. He tries! He loves playing tug a war. Jackson is a chicken lover! Beef upsets his stomach. Any food with chicken is his preference. He loves laying in his bed and taking naps often. He loves getting belly rubs! Jackson is not a pldp rescue dog, but a courtesy post. Sasha is being fostered in PA. Sasha needs to be an only dog. She does not like active dogs Sasha can ONLY be adopted to a home with older children or all adults. Sasha is NOT good with cats. Sasha is spayed. Christmas time is here, soon a new year will dawn, and I’m still patiently waiting for my furever home and that special family to give me lots of love and belly rubs. I enjoy walks and will do OK without a fenced yard if you take me out on walking adventures. If you have a fenced yard I will run and play with you. I just enjoy the company of peeps. I don’t care to be with other dogs, just be by myself with my humans. I am a good girl in the house…unless you leave tasty morsels of food on the counter. Then I may just have to help myself! I know Sit, Down, am learning Wait, but I don’t really want to wait, hee hee. I also do pretty well on a leash. I’m still working on some other things like no jumping up on my peeps. I just want to greet and say Hi and give kisses and hugs to my peeps. BDRA has voted against the use of electrical fencing effective immediately.

Adopters must live within 30 miles of King of Prussia, PA. Asha is a true survivor in every way. She was born in a filthy and horrible Pennsylvania puppy mill. When she did not qualify medically for a health certificate to be sold because of a severe heart murmur at just 8 weeks old, the puppy mill operator held on to her for another couple of months to see if she would grow out of it and considered using her for breeding purposes. He ultimately decided to release her to Finding Shelter and she was diagnosed with a serious heart condition called sub aortic stenosis. Asha’s litter was severely under socialized but with the help of her foster family, she has made progress meeting strangers. Asha needs a very special and experienced home who can handle her progressing heart condition (she takes daily medications and will need them for the remainder of her life) and be patient with her as she is nervous meeting new people. Asha loves toys, she loves to cuddle on the couch and would like to be high energy but her activity needs to be controlled because of her heart. She would do well as an only dog so she wouldn’t try to engage in high activity play. Asha is a wonderful girl with so much love to give and is extremely smart.
