Story
Meet Nano Meet Nano, the sweetest pup who loves all humans. This adorable gal craves attention and enjoys giving affection as much as receiving it. Nano likes nothing more than spending time with her humans and will follow them everywhere. She is also very smart, eager to please, and learns quickly. Because of her high energy level, Nano would do best with another dog in the home to play with or with an adopter who enjoys walking, running, or biking daily. After she loses a bit of weight, she will have even more energy! However, due to her enthusiasm and strength, Nano can be excitable and may accidentally knock over small children or individuals with mobility challenges. For this reason, she would thrive with a sturdy and balanced adopter who can handle her zest for life. Nano is currently working on her house training and will need an adopter who is patient and consistent as she continues to learn, especially when transitioning to a new environment. She is not fully crate trained, so her new family will need to provide guidance and support to help her succeed. She loves her ball toys but will settle down when asked. Her new owners should also be aware that she is not a fan of having her tail touched or her nails trimmed. She hasn’t spent much time with cats, so a slow introduction is essential if there are feline friends in the home. Nano is an all-around great dog who deserves a loving family of her own. She is around 5 years old and ready to bring joy, energy, and affection to the right home! Apply now at this link-https://airtable.com/shrAznkHf1ruIqQwq

Story
Diamond is an eight year old Shepherd mix who was adopted from Pet Friends in 2017, but returned to us recently when her family was no longer able to take care of her. While she may considered a "senior dog based on her age, she looks and acts much younger. She enjoys playing fetch and going for walks but those walks don't need to be for miles and miles and the fetch sessions don't need to be hours long. After some exercise, Diamond will be happy to sit with you and get a good scratching. When she was returned, we weren't told much about her other than she is dog reactive, so would need to be in a house with no other dogs. Now that our volunteers have spent some time with Diamond, we have learned that she knows some basic commands, walks ok on a leash but will pull hard, especially at the beginning of the walk, and really enjoys being with people. Diamond is a perfect name for her, because she is a gem and is going to make someone a wonderful companion, particularly if they want a dog that has grown out of its puppy stage, yet still is full of life.

Story
Hi everyone!!! I'm Cooper. I'm a little of a year, neutered male, German Shepherd mix! I'm a big ole puppy looking for a family and a playmate!! My foster mom loves my wonky ears, one is up and one is flopped. I am playful, loyal, and eager to please. I get along great with female dogs and enjoy having a canine companion to romp around with. I can be selective with male dogs, so slow introductions are best. However, I not a fan of cats and would do best in a cat-free home. I am smart and eager to learn, making me a great candidate for training. I would thrive with an active family (no young children) or person who can give me plenty of exercise, mental stimulation, and most importantly, love!! While not all dogs require a fence, I do a 6 ft one, actually! OR... to be taken out on a leash until settled- I can jump a regular sized fence and I'm a decent climber so we just want to be careful until I learn my boundaries.  Please don't let that discourage you though! I'm so smart and I'm doing so well learning commands. I already know sit, lay, and come. Easy peasy! And I'm eager to learn more and grow up to be the bestest boy! If you're interested in adopting me, please apply at www.crossyourpaws.com KLN 16814501c3 nonprofit ##2332621##

Story
Miss Molly is still searching for her forever home! We better evaluated her and Molly would do best in a home where she is the only dog since she just loves attention! She plays well with other dogs but would like to come home to Just her and her person where she can be the center of attention! Molly had a horrible start to life she was hit by a car, which lead to a fractured pelvis and her tail being amputated. Molly is currently on medication for lymes disease. But don’t let her sad story fool you! This girl has nothing but love to give! She is all healed up from her accident and is ready to start living life to the fullest! Can Molly be your new best friend?  ##2369182##
