Story
Meet Liam! Liam is a handsome 6-year-old Pointer mix searching for his forever home. He’s the kind of dog who can do it all — he’d make a fantastic hiking or running buddy, but he’s just as happy being a relaxed homebody. Whatever your lifestyle looks like, Liam is ready to be right there with you. Liam is wonderful with kids and cats and currently lives with both. He also shares his foster home with teenagers and absolutely adores every little kid he meets. His gentle, loving nature makes him a great family companion. When it comes to other dogs, Liam is dog selective. He does best with calm, laid-back canine companions and isn’t a fan of high-energy puppy antics. In his foster homes, he has done well with older, easygoing dogs — especially when attention is shared fairly. Liam loves his people and wants to be included, and if another dog is getting all the affection while he’s left out, he may politely (or not-so-politely) remind you that he’s still there. Ideally, he’d love to be the center of attention or live with a mellow dog who enjoys doing their own thing too. Liam prefers spending time with his humans rather than engaging in dog play, and he thrives in a home where his need for companionship and balance is understood. Give him love, consistency, and a cozy place to land, and he’ll return it with loyalty and affection. If you’re looking for a devoted, adaptable, and kid-loving dog who can join you on adventures and relax by your side at the end of the day, Liam could be the perfect match If you are interested in adopting Liam, please fill out an application at https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/FAY-A-1277 **Applications can take anywhere from 5-7 business days to complete. Story
Bowie is a 1-year-old lab/pointer mix with a sweet, goofy, and loving personality! Bowie is fully crate trained and potty trained. He is calm and respectful in the house, only chews his own toys and bones, and settles quietly in his crate during the day while I'm out or at work.He is incredibly smart and eager to learn. He knows sit, down, and touch, and has made great progress with leash training. Bowie loves walks on the BeltLine, tug-of-war, chew toys, and spending time with people. He is very affectionate and friendly, with an energetic play style. He currently lives in an apartment setting, but I have no doubt he would love a yard or even a friend to share it with! He is a very light shedder, so no constant vacuuming needed! This is an extremely difficult decision due to an unexpected injury that limits my ability to care for him physically and financially. He deserves a loving home that can give him attention, exercise, and affection! All his supplies included in adoption fee.

Story
Meet Theo! He is a 3 year old big goofy boy and definitely has some lab in him, but we aren’t actually sure about his breed. He’s 93 pounds and absolutely loves people. Expect lots of butt wiggles from this guy once he gets to know you. I adopted him about five months ago from someone who had an injury and could no longer give him the exercise he needs. As guilty as it makes me feel, I am moving in with my fiancé who doesn't have the space he needs and stressed cats. That being said, he needs a cat that has the ability to tell him off when he tries to play because he will listen and walk away. Great with other dogs especially medium/large dogs that are also respectful. He needs to eat separately since he displays some resource guarding but other than that just like any dog once he gets to know your dog they can play with toys and hang out without supervision. Can include his invisible fence for an added fee, but he will come with his crate, food, collar/accessories, treats, bowls, bed
