Meet McCoy – the sweetest little sidekick you didn’t know you were missing. At just 4.5 months old and 24 pounds, McCoy is a delightful mix of silly, snuggly, and smart. He may be a tiny bit shy at first, but give him a little patience and you’ll quickly discover his playful personality and affectionate heart. McCoy comes from a pretty interesting family tree! His mom is a Heeler/Beagle mix and his dad is a cream-colored Goldendoodle, which resulted in one very unique and adorable pup. He has the coloring of his siblings but favors his Beagle-mix mama in looks — with short little legs, a loooong Basset-style body, and a thick, medium-length coat that’s perfect for cuddling. Though he was born outside and spent his early weeks living outdoors with his parents and littermates, McCoy is now thriving inside a loving foster home. He’s learning all about family life — from the excitement of greeting you at the door (he gives the best welcome-home kisses!) to living with young boys ages 6 and 10. Every day he grows braver and more confident. At first, the big dogs in his foster home made him a little nervous — but now? He’s happily part of the crew. He absolutely loves to run and play outside, and fetch with tennis balls is quickly becoming one of his favorite games. And yes… he is SMART. You can just see those wheels turning. One of the most special things about McCoy is how deeply he bonds with his people. When his foster mom recently had a terrible migraine, McCoy instinctively curled up beside her and stayed close, offering quiet comfort. He’s not just cute — he truly cares. His activity level is beautifully balanced. He enjoys playtime and adventures, but he’s just as happy snuggled up right next to you. With a loving, supportive family, McCoy is going to absolutely bloom into the best kind of companion — loyal, joyful, and full of heart. He is expected to grow to around 45–50 pounds when fully grown. If you’re looking for a special boy who is adorable inside and out, McCoy may be your perfect match. Now at five months old, these goofy, big, friendly puppies are more than ready to find their forever homes. Their mom is a Golden Retriever and dad is a German Shepherd, giving them the perfect mix of smart, loyal, and lovable. Their foster families have been hard at work helping them learn basic obedience, crate training, and housebreaking, and they’re doing great! They’ll thrive with a family who is excited to keep up their training and help them grow into amazing adult dogs. These pups are dog-friendly, kid-friendly, and full of love, and they would make a wonderful addition to just about any family. You just have to meet Alfie in person to appreciate just how uniquely adorable this guy is! With his huge boopable nose and Alf-shaped beak that looks too big for his body, he looks like a muppet or fraggle come to life. He's a 3 1/2 year old Goldendoodle, 58lbs full grown. Sadly he had a broken leg a couple years ago after being hit by a taxi cab when he had gotten loose in NYC, and it didn't heal properly and ended up needing to be amputated after the incident. He's been well adjusted to being 3-legged for a while and walks and runs so well it's hardly noticeable! He even jumps right in the car to go for rides. Our vet has him on fish oil just to help support his joints and extra care needs to be taken to make sure he doesn't get overweight or he will have more mobility issues as he ages. He's a gentle sweet soul, a little timid at first but warms up fast. He does NOT seem to have the non-shedding poodle type coat and would not be a good fit for allergy sufferers. He was quite matted when he was surrendered so has a bit of a funny haircut right now, and needs someone committed to regular brushing and grooming longterm.
