Ready for my new home now! You can contact us directly at Kzyrnr17@yahoo.com or info@dogdiggityrescue.com, or fill out an application at either https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/HTX/Exotic/Other  I need an active Retriever/Husky mix family home.  Phoebe is a 12 mos old 39 lb  Retriever/Husky mix.  I will do best with an active owner with a secure 6 ft fenced yard.  I am shy with new people for a few seconds then I LOVE YOU.  I like belly rubs and like to be very loving to you.  I do like other dogs, but I can be the only dog.  I will do best with someone that works from home or someone that is a caregiver and stays at home or has a securely fenced working farm where I can hang with you.  I will need continued dog training and leash training. Since I was found on the streets, just need someone to continue to work on my confidence, but I learn quick/like to please my person. No apartments or cats.   This is a courtesy post for Helotes Humane Society You can contact us directly at Kzyrnr17@yahoo.com or info@dogdiggityrescue.com, or fill out and application at either https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/HTX/Exotic/Other  All adopted pups and dogs are transported to USA and Canada families when fully vetted, spayed/neutered and microchipped. For information on how to adopt me, please contact my foster parents at info@dogdiggityrescue.com. L&S Dog Diggity Rescue is headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, where there are over 350,000 homeless pets. Story
Winnie is a great dog. We are not completely sure of her breeding, but she is some sort of retriever mix we believe. We intended to get another toy/ small dog to play with our small Shitzu. We were told she was a Pomeranian mix when we got her as a very small puppy. She quickly grew larger and we knew that she was not that. We love her very much but she struggles to play gently with our much smaller shitzu. Also we have a small two bedroom apartment and would love her to go to a great family with a big yard that she can run around in.

To see more pictures check this Instagram. https://www.instagram.com/novatheeskinu/ 1) Where did we acquire Finn? I am not 100% sure as I was not the original adopter - my girlfriend adopted him out of state and he was flown out to us via a pet nanny. We received him when he was 4 months old which wasn't ideal so he has some small issues I will list later. 2) What is his age? He is around just over 1 years old, she received him December 2022 and it is now January 2024 if he was 4 months old he is around 1 year and 5 months now as of January 29, 2024. 3) What are we looking for in a new home for Finnigan or Finn for short. Finn has a lot of character and energy. His previous owner passed away sadly out of the blue on January 16th. She loved him very much and gave him lots of attention. She didn't work full-time so had the time to spend playing with him and walking him. I do not have as much free time to do this so want him happy. Issues: Prefers female owners and is skittish

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Please go to our website for all specific information about this dog.  Our info doesn't transfer over to the adoption sites.  Odie is a really nice boy looking for a committed new family and home.  He's already had 2 homes that we know of and after getting to know him, it's never been his fault.  He is social, sweet, well mannered and fun.  He loves to run and play, especially fetch with a chuck-it!  IF YOU APPLY FOR ADOPTION, PLEASE ADD A GROOMER REFERENCE ON THE APPLICATION, NAME AND PHONE NUMBER.  His coat was a mess and it was clear that he wasn't taken to a professional groomer, at least since last summer when his last owner got him.   He is also overweight and was fed a horrible brand of food.  We have him on an appropriate diet and he's getting exercise so has started his weight loss.  It needs to continue in his new home.  We do know he's lived with dogs, cats and even guinea pigs.  He pulls a little excited on leash initially or if he's excited to greet someone or another dog.   Who's ready to add this doll to their family and give him his lifelong, happily ever after?   Prior to adoption, our dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, micro-chipped and parasite treated/prevented.   Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.July 26, 2024, 2:32 pm

Story
Meet Pink! She is a loving and loyal 3 year old Golden Retriever who would be a great addition to the family. She was adopted as a puppy and has been with her owner who loves her, but is no longer able to give her the time and care she deserves after falling on some tough times (single adult household, long working hours). Pink is house trained and obedient (sit, lay down), and can learn more. She is sweet and loving and good with people, kids (even little ones), and playful with dogs (cats unknown). She is leash trained and can be trusted off-leash for fetch or generally around the house. Pink is at her best with regular exercise (running/fetch), daily walks, and not being left alone for more than 8 hrs. If left alone for long stretches and under exercised, understandably, she can be a little nervous and needy. She does not bark excessively. Pink has awesome potential and is a great family dog like a true Golden.
