Ready for my new home now! You can contact us directly at Kzyrnr17@yahoo.com or info@dogdiggityrescue.com, or fill out an application at either https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/HTX/Exotic/Other  I need an active Retriever/Husky mix family home.  Phoebe is a 12 mos old 39 lb  Retriever/Husky mix.  I will do best with an active owner with a secure 6 ft fenced yard.  I am shy with new people for a few seconds then I LOVE YOU.  I like belly rubs and like to be very loving to you.  I do like other dogs, but I can be the only dog.  I will do best with someone that works from home or someone that is a caregiver and stays at home or has a securely fenced working farm where I can hang with you.  I will need continued dog training and leash training. Since I was found on the streets, just need someone to continue to work on my confidence, but I learn quick/like to please my person. No apartments or cats.   This is a courtesy post for Helotes Humane Society You can contact us directly at Kzyrnr17@yahoo.com or info@dogdiggityrescue.com, or fill out and application at either https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/HTX/Exotic/Other  All adopted pups and dogs are transported to USA and Canada families when fully vetted, spayed/neutered and microchipped. For information on how to adopt me, please contact my foster parents at info@dogdiggityrescue.com. Story
Buddy is a 6-year old medium sized golden retriever mix. He's a moderate energy dog, crate trained, and has retained a puppy-look. He's okay at a dog park and takes a moment or two to acclimate before running off to sniff new friends. He knows basic obedience commands. He's definitely a cuddler and doesn't mind wearing a sweater in cold weather. Likes chew toys; favorite activity is sitting on the porch watching for squirrels that may visit; belly rubs, and really enjoys rides in the car. Snores occasionally and has plenty of vivid dreams.

Story
To see more pictures check this Instagram. https://www.instagram.com/novatheeskinu/ 1) Where did we acquire Finn? I am not 100% sure as I was not the original adopter - my girlfriend adopted him out of state and he was flown out to us via a pet nanny. We received him when he was 4 months old which wasn't ideal so he has some small issues I will list later. 2) What is his age? He is around just over 1 years old, she received him December 2022 and it is now January 2024 if he was 4 months old he is around 1 year and 5 months now as of January 29, 2024. 3) What are we looking for in a new home for Finnigan or Finn for short. Finn has a lot of character and energy. His previous owner passed away sadly out of the blue on January 16th. She loved him very much and gave him lots of attention. She didn't work full-time so had the time to spend playing with him and walking him. I do not have as much free time to do this so want him happy. Issues: Prefers female owners and is skittish

Story
Alpine was born on 5/22/23 and we brought him home in early October with the goal of training him to be a psychiatric service dog for our autistic teen. We have realized, however, with our work schedules, that we are not going to be to accomplish this goal. We LOVE Alpine - he is a wonderful, sweet, affectionate puppy who would be a great emotional support dog for someone who could be with him most of the time. He does experience separation anxiety in that if his people are around he wants to be next to them. He also has some aversion to getting into cars from motion sickness that he had when he was much younger but from which he has recovered - he's made a lot of progress in that area. He is great with other dogs, cats and kids. Requirements before we consider approving an adoption: 1) Agreement for at least 3 sessions with our trainer (thus the adoption fee); 2) A home visit before you meet Alpine; 3) That you live in the Seattle area; 3) A visit with Alpine at our home.

Swan weighs 55 pounds and she is a fully vaccinated and spayed bundle of joy. She is very friendly with women, men and children! She also loves to play with other dogs. As a golden retriever mix, Swan has great energy levels! She loves to play and wag her tail, but she is also very relaxed and calm as well. Story
Our beautiful Golden Girl = Betty the Beautiful! A meat trade survivor, Betty has earned her frequent flier miles, and her best life! Betty has been spayed, fully vaccinated and now that she has settled into the PNW life, is ready for her perfect family. Betty is a silly girl, a real sweetheart who loves pets, and to be touched. She loves her crate too, and to collect all her toys back to her crate and hoard them. Betty is excellent on a leash, bonds to humans quickly and would do best as an only dog. She is the quintessential golden retriever, excited to see you and be with you! Betty needs to find that special forever family who won't let her down. Like all of our golden retrievers, Betty will require a fully fenced yard to ensure safe playtime.

Story
Introducing our golden Moose! He is truly a handsome and chill golden soul! While Moose likes laying on his bed, or sunning himself in the garden all day, he also loves a walk around the neighborhood, and playing catch with his favorite toy. If you are looking for a workout pal, Moose is your best boy. While this guy loves his food, he is known to leave his treats to snack on later! Moose likes snuggles and scratches from his people and he has learned that being around his foster family is awesome after he had left on his own outside a lot in his prior home. Moose is working on getting to a healthier weight with about 10 lbs to go, he has already lost 13 lbs! Continued healthy diet and regular exercise will be the secret to Mooses next chapter. Looking for the bestest big boy? Look no further!! Moose has had all his vaccinations, a full veterinary exam and is already neutered- he is truly the total, biggest, most beautiful golden package and ready to jump into his new life with you!! Like all our larger breeds, Moose will go to a home with a minimum 5' high fence.
