Story
WE ARE A TX BASED RESCUE. THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN TX AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED UPON ADOPTION. Please fill out an adoption application found at haydudeequine.org Biscuit - You are the bridge between what was and what will be, my pathway to a new life! Oh do we have the puppy cuteness overload going on here!! This chunk of adorableness has got 'the' boxes checked!!! Affectionate - check Sweet - check Huggable and Kissable - double that check Playful - check Cute as a button - oh for sure that's a check Pawsome family members - yep, that's a check The family - no check :( ...yet! Biscuit got her name from her love of treats! A few treats and she will be your or anybody else's (that's holding the treat bag) BFF. Biscuit is about 5 months old and as with your typical puppy it only takes her a NY second (not even the whole minute) to show you her true silly personality. A little bit sassy, a little bit sweet and a whole lot of cuddly. At her current weight we think she should be about 30-40ish lbs when she gets fully grown up. What a great size for well...everything. Big enough for any activities and adventures you might want to go on but small enough to make sure there is lots of room on the couch for you. She wants to make sure she doesn't miss out on ANY or her cuddle time! She does great with people tall or small and the other foster pups here at the rescue. She would be beside herself if she was to get a family with a playful sibling (2 or 4 legged variety) that she could have a blast in the yard anytime or all the time!! At her young age, even tho she hasn't met a cat yet, if introduced properly she should do great with them too. Biscuit will need lots of exercise and playtime to help keep her puppy shenanigans at a minimal but with that in she should do great in town with a yard, out in the country or anywhere in between. With Biscuit's short soft coat she will be low maintenance in the grooming department, making her more of a wash-n-to type of gal. What a great bonus for the family, cuz you know what that means? Yep, lots more time for the 'spoil her rotten' department!! Sweet and sassy, playful and snuggly, add in that cutest lil face and you've got a fabulous family member just waiting to happen! She just needs YOU to help her get that last box checked!!!

Story
Say hello to Nori, the wiggly wonder pup with more love and joy in her soul than you can shake a stick at! This affectionate and goofy girl is on a mission to steal hearts and find her forever home! If you're looking for a furry friend who's a mix of playful energy and loving affection, Nori might just be the perfect match for you!  Curious and comfortable in her surroundings, Nori is always eager to meet new friends, both human and canine. A true socialite, Nori adores the company of other dogs and enjoys playtime and wrestling. She is particularly thrilled to receive attention from new people—prepare for the joyous flops for belly rubs! Nori previously lived with kitties so should be fine going to a home with cats.  Nori is an active pup who loves her daily walks. She also enjoys a rousing game of fetch or tug-of-war. This playful pup is in it to win it, just say the word! Nori's energy level is a perfect mix of spirited and affectionate. She loves being close to her people and will nudge her nose for attention, stare at you until acknowledged, and even fling toys around for some interactive fun. Nori has been diagnosed with Addison’s disease, a disease that occurs when the adrenal glands fail to produce the hormones that are in charge of in the body; particularly the steroids aldosterone and cortisol.  Because her body doesn’t produce these steroids naturally, Nori needs daily prednisone pills and monthly injections of desoxycorticosterone (can be done at home) as well as regular blood work.  Dogs with Addison’s, if managed properly, can live a long and healthy life.  Nori has been completely stable since she was diagnosed with Addison’s in May.  Nori is 5 years old and weighs 55 pounds. She is a Golden Retriever/Lab mix with the perfect combination of grace and spunk you’ll absolutely fall in love with! She’s the whole package and ready to make you her world! Nori’s adoption fee is $425. She is spayed, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped. Per our rescue policy, unless specifically noted in a dog's bio, we will not consider adoption applications from families with children under 5 years old.  Fill out an adoption application for Nori at: https://www.forgottendogsrescue.com/adoption-application See more photos of Nori on her Facebook album! https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.645078140995210&type=3 ##1722041##

Fill out the form, save it to your hard drive, then email back to sian@gingerspetrescue.org My name is Scooter Fox and I am a wonderful 4 month old, 18 lb. male Golden Retriever.  I was locally surrendered to the pet rescue.  I am so excited to find my forever home soon.  Take me on car rides, walks in the park and I will become your very best friend.  I get along well with all people and gentle older kids.  I will do best in a home with a loving family that can give me lots of exercise, love and affection!  Our pet rescue dog trainer would be happy to come to your home and help train me for only $75 and this is highly recommended.  My adoption fee of $2,500. covers Spay/Neuter, DA2PP shots, Rabies, Bordatella, Deworm, Heart Worm Test, Grooming, Microchip, Boarding Fees, Health Certificate, and help save the next dog.  The adoption fee is firm and helps cover the medical expenses of our other rescue dogs in need.    A GPS tracker or Apple AirTag is required for all adopted dogs. You can bring your own when adopting or you can purchase an AirTag from us   We cannot guarantee breed or age. The adoption fee is firm and helps save the life of another dog needing rescue and our other dogs in need of medical care.  Donations are always appreciated to help pay down our vet bills at Greenwood Vet.  Ginger's Pet Rescue is a non-profit 501C-3 organization.  The adoption fee is donated to the rescue and is tax deductible.    Please e-mail  admin@gingerspetrescue.org   for an adoption application.
