I am not 100% sure as I was not the original adopter - my girlfriend adopted him out of state and he was flown out to us via a pet nanny. We received him when he was 4 months old which wasn't ideal so he has some small issues I will list later. 2) What is his age? He is around just over 1 years old, she received him December 2022 and it is now January 2024 if he was 4 months old he is around 1 year and 5 months now as of January 29, 2024. 3) What are we looking for in a new home for Finnigan or Finn for short. Finn has a lot of character and energy. His previous owner passed away sadly out of the blue on January 16th. She loved him very much and gave him lots of attention. She didn't work full-time so had the time to spend playing with him and walking him. I do not have as much free time to do this so want him happy. Issues: Prefers female owners and is skittish

Story
Meet Aries!! This Golden boy lives up to his god's namesake and has a strong yet playful personality. We have been fostering him since he was a puppy when we found him left in front of a grocery store all alone. He is two years old and has done a great job learning his potty training but still needs a strong regimen to keep him on track. Aries loves to be outside and run with the other dogs. He will need to go to a home that either has a fenced in yard or a lot of land for him to romp around on. We are only rehoming him as he has always been a foster for our family, and we feel he is ready to find his forever home. Please be prepared to do a lot of training with Aries as he is very intelligent and needs stimulation to stay happy!

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Please go to our website for all specific information about this dog.  Our info doesn't transfer over to the adoption sites.  Odie is a really nice boy looking for a committed new family and home.  He's already had 2 homes that we know of and after getting to know him, it's never been his fault.  He is social, sweet, well mannered and fun.  He loves to run and play, especially fetch with a chuck-it!  IF YOU APPLY FOR ADOPTION, PLEASE ADD A GROOMER REFERENCE ON THE APPLICATION, NAME AND PHONE NUMBER.  His coat was a mess and it was clear that he wasn't taken to a professional groomer, at least since last summer when his last owner got him.   He is also overweight and was fed a horrible brand of food.  We have him on an appropriate diet and he's getting exercise so has started his weight loss.  It needs to continue in his new home.  We do know he's lived with dogs, cats and even guinea pigs.  He pulls a little excited on leash initially or if he's excited to greet someone or another dog.   Who's ready to add this doll to their family and give him his lifelong, happily ever after?   Prior to adoption, our dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, micro-chipped and parasite treated/prevented.   Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.June 20, 2024, 12:10 am

Story
Winnie is a great dog. We are not completely sure of her breeding, but she is some sort of retriever mix we believe. We intended to get another toy/ small dog to play with our small Shitzu. We were told she was a Pomeranian mix when we got her as a very small puppy. She quickly grew larger and we knew that she was not that. We love her very much but she struggles to play gently with our much smaller shitzu. Also we have a small two bedroom apartment and would love her to go to a great family with a big yard that she can run around in.

Story
Maggie is a 3 year old golden Pyrenees. We adopted her from our local shelter when she was 2 months old. She has been a great dog. She is super smart and sweet. She loves people, dogs and kids. She knows several tricks including sit, wait, down, up, speak, and touch. She currently lives with our other dog and four cats. With all that being said she does have a behavioral issue with resource guarding. She will resource random things and take them under our bed. When trying to de-escalate the situation she barks, growls, lunges, and has bit my husband multiple times. We have come to believe that because she is a Pyrenees mix ( we didn’t know when we adopted her) that she really needs to have a big yard or live outside with livestock as she is a livestock guardian dog breed. We believe because she doesn’t have this, the resourcing behavior is her way of acting out. We think if someone could get her trained with a behaviorist she would be a wonderful dog.

Story
Sadie’s owner has just passed away and she needs a loving home. She really is wonderful. Calm, friendly and interested in cuddling. Good taking walks and played well when another dog came to visit. She has been fine around kids. Minimal barking when outside and hearing other dogs. She might have some joint pain as sometimes I have noticed her slow to get up - especially after playing hard. Sleeps all night. Have copy of medical records. She has been a beloved pet.
