Hello, my name is Snow! I am approximately four years old and weigh 80 pounds. I am a beautiful girl. My people think I may be a Retriever mix. My mom looked like a Golden retriever but it’s anyone’s guess who my dad is. I’m a very loving girl. I’m very playful and get along well with other dogs. I have never been cat tested so my people are going to say no to a home with furry felines. I would do well with an active family. I would love to go on walks and be out and about. I ride well in the car and would love to try some hikes and be one with nature! I am house trained, but I have never been in a crate. It hasn’t been necessary where I am. I can be a little shy when I first meet new people, but I warm up pretty quickly. I am a smart girl and learn things quickly. I will be a great addition to any family and will bring them many years of happiness. I am healthy, spayed, up to date on vaccines and microchipped. Meet the cutest Russ. Russ was surrendered due to family illness. He has made lots of new human friends here and settled into the routine well. He loves playing with squeaky toys and tug toys. Today he spent the morning in the office and was an excellent house guest. He ate a pig ear as a treat which he couldn`t quite believe and tried to bury it to save for later! Russ has been a beloved family pet and knows all about how to behave in the home!The Seattle Animal Shelter is committed to reducing length of stay for all of our shelter pets! Some pets qualify for FREE or reduced adoption fees, please inquire with our Animal Care team to learn more.Pets are complex beings and prior to adoption, interested adopters will be counseled by a staff member to discuss the specific needs for each animal. This will include reviewing all known medical and behavior information.** Please note that some animals will receive numerous inquiries, sometimes more than we can process. We appreciate you`re understanding and patience. **HOW TO ADOPT: Check the animal`s location.From the Dog Kennels/Dog Isolation/Dog Quarantine (in shelter): To meet this dog, please come to Seattle Animal Shelter at 2061 15th Ave W, Seattle, WA 98119, between 1 - 5 pm on one of our open days, no appointment needed. We are open on Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Evander is one of our stunning Golden Retriever x Husky puppies! We were contacted about this litter of underage pups and we are so happy to have been able to jump in and help. These puppies are not only gorgeous, but smart, cuddly, happy little pups with wonderful lives ahead of them. Evanders's Mama is a golden retriever and Dad a white husky, so we would expect these pups to be in the range of 50-60 pounds fully grown. They will need a secure yard, as anyone who has had a husky can tell you - Huskies like to roam. We will require a securely fenced yard for adopters of these pups. Evander will be current on vaccinations appropriate for his age, Microchipped included in his adoption donation. He will be adopted with a contract and deposit to ensure neuter by 10 months of age.

Tug is a handsome golden who came into the rescue after being passed around far too often in his young life due to multiple owners who weren't able to commit to ownership and a stable home life. Despite the lack of stability up to now, this boy wants nothing but love and affection from his people, a home where he can stay and play! Tug has done well with other dogs with proper introductions, he now needs to learn how to be a beloved family member and DOG! Tug is looking for someone to give him that solid stability and a happy ever after. At 53 pounds and about 2 years old, Tug has a long life ahead of him as adventure buddy, walking pal and couch companion. In just a couple days with his foster, Tug is demonstrating perfect potty manners, loving on humans and starting on some training basics. Tug is now current on vaccinations, is now Microchipped and will be neutered soon included in his adoption donation. Tug will be adopted to a home with a secure fence for safe outdoor play.
