Story
Name:  Lucy Age: 2 years Weight: 95 lbs Adoption Fee: $350.00 Good with Dogs?  Yes, but she can be a little pushy so a mellow dog would be okay   Good with cats?  Yes   Good with kids?  Yes, but due to her size she needs a home with kids who are at least 5 years old and used to being around dogs    Lucy was surrendered to a shelter when her owners were no longer able to care for her   She was very thin and had a serious case of happy tail (tail damaged from hitting it on things and it wouldn’t heal).   She is now a healthy weight, has a nub tail and we did a Gastropexy (stomach tacking) when she was spayed).  We were told she has a chicken allergy so she’s been eating lamb and rice food, with no issues.     She has no idea how big she so her goal in life is to be a lap dog.   Lucy is sweet and loves being the center of attention.     Don’t wait!  Get your application in now for this amazing dog.  Lucy is spayed, vaccinated, heartworm tested, micro chipped and had gastropexy surgery.   Her adoption fee is $350.00.     Adoption Process: Step 1:     Complete a "no obligation" application located on our website at pawprintsnky.com under the applications tab. Step 2:     PawPrints will review the application, verifying Vet and personal references as well as landlord requirements/restrictions (if applicable) Step 3:     IF your application is approved, we will call you to schedule a meet and greet for you to meet the pet. &#226&#128&#139Step 4:    If the meet and greet goes well, we will schedule the home visit.          October 12, 2024, 12:11 pm

Story
I have had Beau since she was 6 months old. She is a great dog. I’m 62 and she is a big dog. I have 3 other dogs. One is 13 and for whatever reason Beau has decided to attach her. She’s old and doesn’t deserve to be afraid in her home. I’m afraid I wouldn’t be able to hold her back. So far she has stopped as soon as I yelled. Beau loves other dogs - her best buddy is a dog about the same size as my old girl. They play constantly. So I am really confused by her behavior. I don’t think she would be good around small dogs. She bit one of my daughter’s dachshunds. They were both chasing a ball. Beau is ball obsessed so we thought that was the issue. I love this dog but I think this is probably the best thing I can do for her. I travel for work and my housemate watches my dogs but he is not always in the same room as they are so I am worried something will happen when I am away.

Story
So, you know how SLOW the glaciers move, right?? WELL, that is the not like me :) I am only 6 months old and a SUPER playful pup, so I am thinking that my rescuers named me because of my white coat and NOT because I am slow and lazy :) So, I am most definitely a Great Pyrenees and Lab Retriever mix. I have double dew claws and a nice LONG snout. I want nothing more than to have a family who will love me for my bipolar breed mix... I am the perfect mixture :D I will be a big boy, I have long legs and HUGE feet. I actually don't have the long thick hair of the pyr, that is kind of nice right?? However, labs shed too. You must love the white doggy glitter I will leave behind. ADOPT ME SOON!!! I am not getting any younger, or smaller! Local adoption fee is $250 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $550 (includes transport to your area)
