Story
Welcome Athena to CCPAL Rescue. She is a 2-year Great Pyrenees. She weighs about 90 pounds. She has a beautiful coat and the typical extra back toes commonly found in this breed. This is a guardian breed dog. They naturally will protect their flock or family. This breed will do best in a fully fenced yard as they will roam away if there is no fence. She is good with other dogs and will need some more leash work. She would be great with someone that knows the breed and loves it. She should have the natural tendencies of this breed. She had puppies and we adopted them out. We also adopted out the larger male that was found with her as a stray. She would be fine with children. We like them to be 8 or older. She is up on her vaccines, healthy, spayed and ready for her forever home. She is currently in Texas anc can be adopted locally or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get her to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. Her adoption fee is 300 and transport is 200. Contact Marlene at 210-867-1769 or email ccpalinquiries@gmail.com if you have questions. Story
Blizzard is a sweet girl who was born 11/26/23. Guessing on breeds, looks to be a pyr/ lab/ hound mix best guess. She will likely be a medium / large sized dog and is the smallest in the group. She is currently 30 lbs and growing. She is current on vaccinations, preventions, spayed and chipped. Due to breed characters a physically fenced yard is required. Blizzard is located in middle TN, but not to worry her transport is included in the adoption fee with Rescue Riders Transport to one of their delivery locations. We are happy to set up a virtual meet and greet with any approved application. Please contact us for more information or an adoption application.

Story
Panda is a 5 month old female Great Pyrenees mix who weighs about 40 lbs. She is good with other dogs, walks well on a leash and sits on command. She’s currently working on “stay” but is a smart girl. Panda enjoys playing with toys, being brushed, and yummy basted bones. She is good with kids, but older kids suggested because she doesn’t realize her size.  Panda is spayed, fully vetted and microchipped. Story
Pearl is a 5 month old Great Pyrenees mix who weighs around 40 lbs. She is an enthusiastic and adventurous pup! Pearl walks well on a leash and likes to explore her surroundings. She loves attention and treats. She will sit to have her collar and leash put on or just for praise that’s she’s such a good girl. Pearl is doing a good job not jumping up on people but we would recommend no smaller children because she doesn’t realize she’s a big girl. She’s good with other dogs and older kids. Pearl is comfortable with being brushed and has a beautiful thick white coat.  Pearl is spayed, fully vetted and microchipped.
