Please contact Darlene at 302-312-5129 (fureverpawsdogrescue@gmail.com) for more information about this pet.  This dog is located in Newark, DE. Visit us on the web at https://fur-everpaws.com/fur-ever-paws-adoption-application/ to submit an application. Please contact the foster directly at 302-312-5129 (text or call) or via email at fureverpawsdogrescue@gmail.com Fur Ever Paws Dog Rescue is a small no kill rescue operating in the Delaware/Maryland area. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit that rescues and places homeless, neglected or abused dogs from high-kill shelters in the south into loving, responsible committed and permanent homes. We feel our comprehensive adoption process which includes not only taking the time to match the dog to the prospective new owner but helping to educate that owner in responsible dog care, allows us to find the best homes for our little buddies and the best companions for you! Each week we use USDA certified transports to bring dogs from high-kill shelters in the south to our fosters where they all receive the appropriate medical care and are placed in nurturing loving homes while they await placement in their forever homes. Interested in one of our dogs? Great! Now that you've seen them here you'll need to go to our website where you'll find our list of adoptable dogs (updated every week). Then, it's just a simple process of finding a dog you're interested in and filling out an application on our site. Once we receive your application, whoever is fostering that particular dog will contact you and do a short over the phone interview to complete your application process. If everything works out, they will set an appointment with you so come out and "visit" with the dog you're interested in (we want to make sure that not only are you a good fit for the dog but that the dog will fit with you). If everything works out, you'll be able to take rover (or spot, or jax) home with you that very day. A couple of things you should know: We can't hold dogs over the phone or via email. Adoption fees vary based on breed. All of our dogs have been vet checked and dewormed (if possible due to age, additional treatment may be needed). We provide a spay or neuter voucher to all of our adopters. &#226&#128&#139 April 17, 2024, 8:30 pm

Story
It may be hard to get out of bed after the weekend, but my motto is, “Sometimes you just have to close your eyes, and be thankful for everything.” That’s how I feel. I’m thankful for a new life, a new beginning, and I hope you will share it with me. Hi there, I’m CHAZ, a 3-year-old Great Pyrenees mix. My handsome looks and fashion style are quite regal looking, but my pleasant and loving nature releases a tranquil and peaceful vibe that relaxes your mood and puts a smile on your face permanently. I am so grateful to LaMancha and my many friends here, but kennel life just isn’t for me. My heart is sad without a family, and I can’t wait to share my heart with a family that needs lots of love. My friends whisper in my ear that great things are in my future because of my friendly demeanor and gratefulness to everyone that spends time with me. I’m a big friendly boy with a big heart. I promise after meeting me, you’ll be saying, “I wish we met sooner, because a lifetime with you is not nearly long enough!” Please email Adoptions@LaManchaAnimalRescue.org to adopt me-your BFF for life—CHAZ. You know the saying, "THE BEST THINGS IN LIFE ARE RESCUED!" And for the lucky ones who get to spend one second with Luna, you'll be repeating that quote too. Hello friends, I'm Luna. I am a 10-month-old Great Pyrenees mix. Not only do I turn heads with my dazzling good looks, but I turn souls too. The paparazzi follows me everywhere because I've been recruited to be on the cover of many magazines for my beautifully stunning lovely features. I am a playful, witty, convivial, glamorous, and lovable girl ready to have a family of my very own. I am an enthusiastic and sporty girl- the perfect outgoing companion for a family that loves to have fun. And if you have another dog, I love playing with dog friends. My current roommate is Asher, and we have so much fun together. I appreciate my second chance for a new life, and I can't wait to be your key reminder of how much fun our life will be together. Remember, the best things in life are rescued! I bet when you adopt me, you'll be saying, "Who rescued who!" Get ready to unleash your inner sparkle when you're with me. My sweet soul is sweeter than pure cane sugar! Please email Adoptions@LaManchaAnimalRescue.org to adopt me-your sunshine girl, Luna. ********** 10 months old. Good choice for a family with children.
