Story
We have had Iorek since Feb21. His DOB is 5.9.20. He is good with dogs and kids. He doesn't jump, is potty trained, and knows basic commands. Truly, he is an amazing dog. If circumstances were different, I'd never be trying to re-home him. I guess the question now is why? We adopted him prior to our first child and right after we bought a home. We had planned on building a fence so both our pups had room to run and I didn't foresee the financial problems we'd run into. We have not been able to get him a fence, and now I am not even able to take him for regular groomings or get him his monthly flea and heartworm meds. His quality of life is poor. He's gained weight. I can't take him on regular walks nor do I have the time to groom him. his quality of life is poor. He deserves better. I want to find him a family who knows the breed and has a fenced yard. Ps. Pyrenees are hard-headed and very hairy. Please be experienced. I'll always take him back, if it's not a good fit.

Story
Rogue was found at a friend’s apartment complex in July 2022, and we took her in with the idea of at least fostering her for a bit since the shelters in our area were full. She’s extremely intelligent, crate trained, knows how to shake, and does drool when she’s excited for food. She gets along well with our two other dogs, and is best friends with our cat. We are rehoming her as she is a high energy dog that needs a family that can provide her with the adequate play time she needs, walks, and/or has a big yard. We have a small house and yard, so unfortunately we had to come to terms that it is not fair for her to continue to keep her and not give her what she needs to not be bored.

Story
Hazle is a beautiful pup that we rescued about 9 months back when she was 4 months old. She was super shy and a little anxious upon arrival to our home but quickly became a big ball of love, energy and sass! She’s the sweetest girl when she breaks out of her shell. Unfortunately, a few months ago I had a change in job and didn’t have the same schedule to properly care for her. She spends most of her time in her cage and we take her out on walks, to the dog park, and on hikes where we can, but it’s just not enough. She’s a super intelligent girl, we often let her off leash on hikes, as she’s trained in off leash follow. She knows to sit, heel, shake, and semi-stay, she is house broken and will alert you by the door when a potty break is needed but is a ‘private pooper’ per say and would be comfortable with a patio or yard alone. We really won the lottery with our beautiful pooch, that’s why we know that she deserves a better home than the one we’re able to give her. Thank you so much❤️

Please welcome the “We Bare Bears Litter” to Rescue Row! One of our board member’s kids saw a guy giving away puppies on the side of the road on Highway 380 in Princeton. His 13 year old Great Pyrenees had an accidental litter. We have requested to spay the mom so she never has to give birth again. According to Wisdom Panel, the We Bare Bears litter is mostly Great Pyrenees as suspected. Thier adult weight is estimated to be between 57-95 lbs. Panda and Ice are ready to find their forever homes! They are doing great with kennel training and potty training and their foster family has been working with them on manners. If you are interested in adopting, please submit an application at www.rescuerowinc.org  *Please check your junk email folder if you do not receive a response from a Rescue Row member within 3 business days. *You must live within an hour of the DFW Metroplex because we do trial adoptions and require a homecheck *Our adoption fees are as follows paid by cash, a check made out to Rescue Row, Venmo: @Rescue-Row or at Zelle: info@rescuerowinc.org Dogs 12 weeks-6 months old: $300 adoption fee Dogs 7 months and older: $275 adoption fee Rescue Row is a 501(c)3 (non-profit) all volunteer dog rescue organization serving the DFW Metroplex. We are dedicated to rescuing dogs in shelters, dogs in abusive or neglectful situations, and dogs surrendered by their owners because of difficult circumstances. We place dogs in loving, responsible, committed permanent homes, following a comprehensive adoption process, which includes taking considerable care in finding good matches and educating prospective adopters about the responsibilities and costs of bringing a dog into their homes and lives. Dogs in our care are spayed or neutered, microchipped, receive all appropriate veterinary care and treatment, and placed in nurturing foster homes while they await placement in their permanent homes. We assist dogs in distress without regard to age, breed or ease of placement. Dogs in the greatest need take priority. Finally, we strive to work with shelters and other rescue and humane organizations to develop a network of supporters and volunteers in order to create a better world for homeless dogs. ##1823997##
