Mallie came to us from the shelter, narrowly escaping euthanasia simply because she was scared. Now that she is out and in her foster home, she is learning what the good life is like. Mallie loves playing with her 7 foster dog siblings (of every size), and is learning that humans can be pretty great! She likes to sit under her fosters desk while she works and enjoys walking the yard with the crew in the evenings. Mallie would do well in any home so long as they are willing to help build her confidence and show her that the world is not a scary place.

Harry is a wonderful pup that was found wandering in the Galveston community. He has adjusted to the routine of his fosters home easily, is potty trained, leash trained, and absolutely loves riding in the car. He knows some simple commands, sit/down/come and working on learning others. He has done well when walked in the park with the distraction of a lot of people and their dogs, and he handled it very well. Harry is playful, loyal, has a very sweet disposition, loves pets & cuddles, and being near his people.

This big old boy was pulled from Dallas Animal Services, suffering from a pretty impressive fracture of his hind leg. He underwent surgery and is healing beautifuly!! Moe is very friendly, very affectionate and great with other dogs. His activity is limited for now due to his recovery but we are confident he will have a wonderful quality of life going forward! Callan is a Great Pyrenees mix with a soft heart and soulful eyes. He’s a bit of a nervous Nelly at first, but once he warms up, he’s affectionate, loyal, and loves to be near his people. This sweet boy has been through a lot — he came to us with an old cruciate ligament (CL) injury, but it’s fully healed now, and he’s getting around beautifully. He does best in a calm, reassuring home where he can build confidence at his own pace. With patience, kindness, and a little routine, Callan will reward you with trust, devotion, and that signature Pyr charm. His ideal home will also have no (or older) children and a couple of other playful doggos, and people who understand that new situations can be a little intimidating for him and give him the support he needs to experience the GOOD that life has to offer!

Frankie is a big guy with double dews and a perfectly Pyr-y personality. His coat gets better every day and he is just happy to hang out with you or play with some friends. This is seriously a GREAT dog. Frankie came to us after being attacked by a pack of something. I have never seen so MANY injuries on one dog before. He is such a gentle sweetheart, it doesn't surprise me that he obviously didn't fight back. When he was at the vet, he was walking around to everyone's stations and visiting like he worked there, lol. I could hear them talking about him from the exam room- this is the sweetest boy! Oh I love him, do you want to help, Frankie? Frankie is being fostered with a big happy pack- Frankie is just a happy guyHis foster also rescues cats, and (no surprise) he's great with them too! He has recently learned to sleep on the bed and just lays his big head on foster mom shoulders and falls asleep. He also went to the river recently and LOVED it!

Georgie Boy was dumped in an oil field and found by a kind team member who knew he needed help. Georgie had not had much love and care prior to arriving in his foster home. He is the sweetest boy who tries his best to be enjoying all the comforts of a home that provides safety, all the food he can eat to fill his tummy, and cuddle up with his foster family. Georgie LOVES playing in water and would do best with another dog in the home to keep showing him the ropes! He is also smart as a whip and very trainable.
