No one ever came to claim her and she did have surgery to have that eye removed. She is healed now and is hoping that she can share all her love with a family. Missy is easy going, loves going for leisure walks and hanging out. She is good with other calmer dogs as with her lack of peripheral vision on one side, she can get intimidated by higher energy dogs. Missy would love a calmer household where she can relax and enjoy life. She is crate trained and seems to be housebroken. She does not pull on the leash when walking. She was found abandoned, along with her littermates, in rural Texas. A good samaritan picked them up and brought them to the shelter just in the nick of time- Texas experienced a deep freeze a few days later. She is working on her potty training in Texas, however her new family should be prepared to do additional training while she learns the routine at her new home in WI as she is just a young puppy. She is up to date on vaccines, dewormed and microchipped, and she comes with her medical records and interstate health certificate from a veterinary examination prior to leaving Texas, which certifies her to be in good condition. She will be arriving in Muskego, WI on Friday, February 6th, and will be available to meet, and take home if she is a good fit, by the first family to have placed an exclusive hold deposit as set out below.
