She’s dog friendly, cat friendly, kid friendly, and loves everyone she meets. This girl is ready to be someone’s best friend, adventure buddy, and professional cuddle bug! This animal is fostered in: Muskego, WI ~ Applicant must be willing to commute to this area for a meet and greet. Check out our Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok for more pictures & videos of our adoptable dogs!To sponsor my trip to WI, go to  www.tailwaggers911.com  for more info!   ***I am able to go home to my forever family right from transport!! You get a 5 day trial with me in your home. Put in your application soon!*** Please help me get out! I am currently in a place where there are lots of unwanted dogs and not all of us here get the chance I might have to leave! But in order to help me out of here to catch the ride to WI on September 10th and arrive on September 11th, I need *both* a sponsor, and a WI foster home *or* a WI adopter! I have a place for now, but I can't stay here forever and I am worried. The rescue has put a hold on me to save my spot on the trip up north to WI, but now they need YOUR help to get me there - don't wait!!! Updated: 8/20/26 Dog Name: Apollo Sex: Male Estimated Breed: Great Pyrenees Mix Approximate Age: 3.5 years Approximate Weight: 102 lbs Spay/Neuter Status: Neutered Adoption Fee: $450 Description: Apollo was surrendered after his family could not longer care for him. He is truly a gentle giant and has a heart of gold. Apollo is looking for someone who can will understand his breed and give him the love he deserves! He will require regular grooming for his beautiful coat.  We are a Wisconsin state licensed dog rescue -WI# 402433   ***We do not have a central adoption center at this time. All our dogs are in private foster homes within WI. At this time, we only place our dogs in areas of WI. The breed of our dogs is our best guess with the help of our veterinarians. Our Weight Classes are as follows: 0- 25lbs - Small 26- 45lbs - Medium 46-89 - Large 90+ X-large If you are adopting an adult dog, which we consider 6 months of age or older, your adoption fee includes the following: Spay/Neuter, Rabies and Distemper shots, dewormed, flea & tick preventative, heartworm tested and microchipped. If you are adopting a dog younger than 6 months of age, the dog will be up to date on the shots as per the dogs age. The dog will be dewormed, flea/tick preventative and microchipped. We only spay/neuter our dogs once they're at least 6 months old. If you decide to adopt a younger dog than 6 months, they will need to be spayed/neutered by your veterinarian when they are between 6 to 8 months old. Proof that the spay/neuter has been completed will need to be submitted to Tailwaggers911. Once proof of the spay/neuter has been received, we will refund $100 of your adoption fee via Venmo, PayPal or have a check in the mail within 15 days. Once you are approved with our rescue, you can meet any one of our dogs within the fosters home. If you are interested in the dog you met, you can take the dog home under our mandatory foster to adopt program. You receive 5 days to see if the dog is the right fit for your home. If it is, we will conduct the home visit and finalize adoption. If it is not, it is returned to the foster. We are happy to find you another dog that meets your needs in your home. If a dog is listed as ADOPTION IN PROCESS, a family has met the dog and planning on adopting the dog after the home visit has been conducted. We always suggest sending in an application for a dog because there are times where the dogs are given back to us under the foster to adopt program. There are many reasons dogs are returned but normally it just was not the right fit for all. Please go to WWW.TAILWAGGERS911.COM under HOW TO ADOPT . We have an online application that is very easy to fill out. August 23, 2026, 11:03 pm

Story
❤️ Meet Jarvis — A Survivor With a Heart of Gold 🐾 Please note that we are a foster based rescue in TX. All of our dogs reside in foster homes in TX. We transport them to new states once adopted. **ALL ADOPTERS MUST BE 21+.** Our app can be found at **haydudeequine.org** Hi, I’m **Jarvis**, and I’m living proof that having a rough start doesn’t have to define your story. ❤️ I’m a **distemper survivor**, and before coming into rescue, I was found as a stray with an absolutely unbelievable group—**18 puppies and two female Great Pyrenees!** We have no idea exactly how I ended up there, but somehow we all found our way to safety. And now? I’m ready for my happily-ever-after. My humans call me a **special needs boy**, but honestly, I think I’m pretty darn normal. I walk just fine on a leash, eat like a champ, and get around without any trouble. I do have one little reminder from my distemper battle: I have a **permanent tic in my back legs that you can see when I’m sitting or lying down**. My legs don't wobble, and it doesn't prevent me from walking or enjoying life—it’s simply a little involuntary movement that I’ll have forever. Basically, my legs occasionally decide to do their own little dance. 💃🐾 And I say, **let them dance!** Because I have places to go, people to love, and treats to investigate. Speaking of people… **I LOVE PEOPLE.** ❤️ I am an absolute sweetheart and genuinely enjoy being around humans. If you sit down, there is a very good chance I will come over to say hello. If you offer affection, even better. If you have treats? Well, congratulations. We are now best friends. I’m also **good with other dogs**, so I’m perfectly happy sharing my world with some canine friends. What I really need is someone who can see past my little tic and recognize the amazing dog underneath. I don't need anyone to feel sorry for me. I need someone who understands that sometimes special dogs come with a few extra quirks—and those quirks are often what make them even more lovable. I survived distemper. I survived life as a stray. And after everything I've been through, I’m still a **happy, affectionate, people-loving boy.** That’s pretty special. Now I’m looking for my forever person—someone who will give me a soft place to sleep, a hand to hold, plenty of love, and maybe a few extra treats for being such a good boy. **My legs may have a little rhythm of their own, but my heart is perfectly steady.** ❤️ I’m Jarvis. I’m a survivor, a sweetheart, and I’m ready to be somebody’s very best friend. 🐾

Please note that we are a foster based rescue in TX. All of our dogs reside in foster homes in TX. We transport them to new states once adopted. **ALL ADOPTERS MUST BE 21+.** Our app can be found at **haydudeequine.org* Meet Maggie Maggie is a beautiful Great Pyrenees mix, around 5 years old, and she's ready for a new chapter in life. For most of her life, Maggie has been a working girl and livestock guardian, doing what she was born to do—watch over and protect her animals. She is wonderful with livestock, cats, and all kinds of animals, and she gets along well with other dogs, too. But these days, Maggie would love to trade some of that hard work for something much simpler: a soft place to land, a peaceful home, and someone to love on her. She absolutely loves people and is great with kids. Despite her guardian-dog background, Maggie has a sweet, gentle side and would happily spend her days being petted, relaxing, and enjoying the company of her family. - Around 5 years old - Good with other dogs - Good with cats - Great with livestock & animals - Good with kids - Loves people - Experienced livestock guardian who is ready to be loved and spoiled Maggie has spent her life taking care of everyone else. Now its her turn to be taken care of. She deserves a family who will let her put her paws up, relax, and enjoy being someone's beloved companion. Could Maggie be the gentle giant your family has been waiting for?
