Judah’s a 1.5yo 9lb Havenese/Bichon/Maltese mix. He’s dog and kid friendly. He’s housebroken when kept on a schedule which is out every 4 hours so not to potty in the house. He has been used to being in a crate for about 3.5hours during the day but will sleep in crate. He’d be good in a secure fenced in yard and/or going for harness leashed walks. He’s a chewer so loves bones especially his nylabone. He loves his people and will follow them all over the house. He’s sweet, affectionate, playful, active, loves to cuddle and walks outside when weather is good. He does bark when his people 1st leave which tends to last 10-15 minutes. Judah’s foster requires a calm home, where someone is home often, so not to be left for long periods of time, another dog for companionship when left alone, people to give him time to warm up to new environment and people then tons of love and cuddles once he does along with leadership, consistency, structure and to continue working on training. If your home DOES NOT meet these requirement’s please DO NOT put an application in. We will not call anyone whose home does not meet the needed requirements. Also, we will be concentrating on local to foster applications 1st since home checks and meets with all humans and animals in home is needed at meet. Our fosters are all volunteers so aren’t always able to travel too far. 📌 Important Adoption Information All of our dogs are currently living in private shelters or foster homes in South Korea. Once an adoption is approved, dogs will travel to the United States through legal and approved international transport procedures. Video calls are available prior to adoption, and adopters can communicate with our rescue team in real time through our official organization and app-based messaging channels throughout the process. ----------- Meet Wooyeon, (Female, approx. 3 years old) * Havanese or Maltese mix (estimated) * Weight: 11.6 kg (full-grown) *Spayed: Yes * Pregnancy History: None * Medical History: Previously treated for Babesia and heartworm. Treatment completed. *Rescue Story Wooyeon was found wandering the streets by two sisters, who brought her to a veterinary clinic. At the hospital, she was diagnosed with Babesia and heartworm. Unfortunately, due to the high cost of treatment, the original sisters left her at the hospital and could not continue her care. She was later transferred to a nearby private shelter, where she received full treatment and recovery support. Since then, she has been living at the shelter and is now healthy and ready to find her forever home. - Compatibility With Cats: She has briefly encountered cats at the veterinary hospital and showed no strong reaction. She was not particularly interested. With Other Dogs: She gets along very well with all other dogs and can be adopted into a multi-dog household. With Adults and Children: Very friendly and affectionate with both adults and children. Personality & Behavior Leash Manners: Very good on walks. Food Allergies / Diet: No known food allergies. She has mild tear staining, so allergies are suspected but have not been tested. She is not a picky eater. House Training: Prefers outdoor elimination. Separation Anxiety: None observed. Barking: No excessive barking. She may bark when excited or greeting people. Likes & Dislikes: She deeply loves people and craves human affection. Three Words to Describe Her Affectionate. Energetic.
