- Busy pup who loves to connect with people through play and other activities; will likely enjoy physical activity and mental challenges to keep their bodies and brains busy- Prefers to explore and do their own thing here in the shelter, but will likely open up more once they're in a home environment and have had time to decompress - Enjoys spending time with dogs who have a similar play style - Smart boy who knows sit, shake and down- Loves going on walks and does best with a harness- Loves to learn and has great focus - especially if you have treats - so would be a lot of fun to train Tends to be socially awkward with other dogs (dog intro recommended)- Young, noisy or busy children can be too much for them (mature home recommended) This pet qualifies for our 7-day Foster-to-Adopt program. Kaneki is looking for an experienced owner who can teach him some skills and some manners. This boy is outgoing and sweet but likes things his way. Like any typical husky, Kaneki loves being outside, playing with his toys, talking, and being a sassy boy! Although the smile will surely win your heart, we are recommend an adult only home for this boy. He has done well with other dogs but wouldn't mind being the only pup as well.
