COURTESY POST ROYCE HUSKY PUPPY IS UP FOR ADOPTION   The most handsome sweet loving puppy is up for adoption at Save The Animals Rescue Team II (START II) the local non-profit, no-kill, all-volunteer animal rescue group located in Englewood, NJ.   START II welcomed into their care Royce who was a local owner surrender.  Why did they give up this beautiful puppy?  Because they could not be bothered with him and caged him all the time in an apartment before deciding to turn him over so he can find a home that will love him and care for him forever.   Royce is now approximately 10 months old as he came to START II approximately Wednesday October 12.  Royce is a typical Husky puppy.  With that he is an amazing, energetic smart puppy who loves to play and run around so a fenced in yard is best.  He is neutered and up to date on all routine shots. Royce can play with other dogs however, should be the only dog.  Being he was never cared for properly, Slightly older children would be best as he will be a good size and strong when an adult.   Royce will make a great addition to just about any family.    He is just a love bug who wants to give love in return.  Royce and his friends are waiting to meet you.  Come visit at Royce in person and fall in love!  He along with his friends will make your heart melt!   If you or anyone you know who may be interested in adopting Royce, please call Marge at 732-330-6692.   In addition, please help rescues by spreading the word to others the importance of Spay/Neuter.  There are many programs to help those in need.  We MUST stop Littering as it’s a matter of Life and Death!  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.June 4, 2023, 12:42 am

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Sophie is a 5 year old brown and white petite but chunky husky mix who because her mom must be on frequent overnite trips for work, needs to be rehomed.  Sophie is easy, affectionate and mellow, easy on leash and good with all people- although she will bark at male visitors briefly when first meeting.  Sophie is great at doggie daycare, but prefers to be the only dog in the home and is not good with cats.  She can be at times reactive on leash with some dogs if they come too close.  She is recommended for kids over 6.  She is a sweet couch potato who loves her walks.  Could this mush be your next best friend? wagoninn.rescuegroups.org   * adoption fee is $400   How to Adopt Me! Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. wagoninn.rescuegroups.org Mercy is a beautiful husky who is looking for a home. Mercy is now in a NJ foster home. Mercy has had a rough couple of months. She was attacked by another dog in Louisiana and he owner could not afford care so she was surrendered to our partner shelter. Mercy was nursed back to health by her foster in Louisiana. Mercy is now in NJ in a foster home. She is doing well most of the time with the other dogs in her foster home but she struggles at times to share space and resources. We are working on it! Mercy doesn't seem to mind the cats in her foster home. Aside from learning to share space, Mercy is VERY well behaved. She is quiet, doesn't chew or destroy items and she is housebroken. She doesn't like to be crated but I leave her in my office when I leave the house and she does well. Mercy is fixed, microchipped and up to date on vaccines. She is currently undergoing treatment for heartworm which includes two visits to Barnegat Animal Clinic in mid June. M ercy's adoption fee is $400.   How to Adopt Me! Story
Raiden is a fun and loving dog. He is very active and loves room to run around. Raiden is somewhat of a handful and we are requiring the potential adopter to have some kind of husky experience. Huskies are a lot of fun, but experience in the breed is something we are looking for in finding Raiden a forever home. If you are interested in adopting Raiden, please call the shelter so we can get you an appointment to come see him and have you fill out an application. Raiden is a good boy who deserves a very energetic and loving home.
