Story
Presenting our 7 month old “H” litter of three, Hudson, Holden, and their sister, Harmony.  A mix of Husky and Lab, these siblings weigh about 25 pounds and will mature to between 60 and 70 pounds.  Their coats are short and shiny black and white, or, as in Harmony’s case, black, and they are so sweet looking! But that’s not all these babies have going for them.  They get along well with other dogs, kids, and the foster’s cat!  Each “H” baby is truly a delight!  (posted 1/23/24, TN) (age updated 5/19/24) **It is rare that we know with certainty the ages or mixes that make up our dogs, but we do our best to be as accurate as possible based upon our experience. ** Adoption: $395 which covers quarantine, shots, worming, medical records, spaying/neutering, microchip and an Alabama State Health Certificate.   Transport, if needed  $160   We consider the transport to be of great importance and, as such, take particular care of the dogs during the trip . We make every effort to arrive with healthy and minimally stressed dogs.  June 22, 2024, 12:19 am

Story
Sitka, this handsome Husky mix of between 4 and 5 months old is waiting for you to come and get him!  Presently weighing 30 to 35 pounds, he’ll weigh between 80 and 100 pounds when he matures. His short coat is tricolor although mostly light black.  You can tell just by looking into his eyes that this is a boy who loves to play, and that’s a good thing because he gets along well with other dogs, kids and his foster mom’s cat!  Sitka would be a great addition to your family.  See him?  He’s waiting by the gate, watching for you to come and  take him home!  (posted 6/18/24, TN) **It is rare that we know with certainty the ages or mixes that make up our dogs, but we do our best to be as accurate as possible based upon our experience. ** Adoption: $395 which covers quarantine, shots, worming, medical records, spaying/neutering, microchip and an Alabama State Health Certificate.   Transport, if needed  $160   We consider the transport to be of great importance and, as such, take particular care of the dogs during the trip . Story
Hugo is a handsome boy looking for a forever home.  He was picked up as a stray by Animal Control and taken to a crowded shelter where he was not claimed and after his hold time was up was placed on "the list".  BCAA heard about his plight and said they would help him.  Hugo appears to be a husky mix who is approximately 6 months old and currently just under 40lbs; based on his age, we anticipate him to put a little weight on but remain in the 50-55lb range when full grown.  He is a super handsome boy with striking blue eyes.  Hugo has gotten along with the other dogs he has met and other than wanting to play with the cats in his foster's home, he has not been aggressive with them.  He is doing well with housebreaking and is great on leash, enjoying going for walks.  Hugo would love to have a fenced yard to run and play, and he would make a great running partner.  If you would like to meet Hugo, please fill out an application which can be found at www.bcaaofnj.org.Interested in adopting this pet?Click here for BCAA's on-line Application! PLEASE NOTE: Our adoption fee helps to cover our expenses and includes all shots, *age appropriate*, distemper and rabies, fecal check, spay/neuter, heartworm test, grooming, and in many cases dental and also the fee we pay when we rescue from a shelter.
