🚨 URGENT – SHE DESERVES HER FOREVER HOME NOW 🚨 This beautiful girl has been nothing short of amazing since coming into our care. She has been wonderful with both people and other dogs — social, affectionate, and always ready for attention. True to her Husky spirit, she may add a little dramatic flair at the vet (we all know Huskies have opinions 😅), but her overall temperament is loving, playful, and easygoing. She absolutely thrives on human interaction and wants to be part of the action. She is friendly. She is social. She is full of personality. And she does not deserve to sit in a kennel waiting for her life to run out. This sweet girl is ready for a home that will love her energy, her voice, and her big beautiful heart. Huskies bond deeply with their people — and she is ready to give someone her whole world. Please don’t let her story end here. PLEASE HELP TEXT KAREN 4136298152

Story
🚨 EUTH LISTED – Turner Needs a Hero NOW 🚨 Meet Turner, a stunning 4-year-old Husky, about 60 lbs, whose life is running out through no fault of his own. Turner is vaccinated, dewormed, and HEARTWORM NEGATIVE, and he has already shown shelter staff what a truly special dog he is. He is sweet, gentle, and friendly, with a calm, mellow nature that is rare for a husky in a stressful shelter environment. While many dogs shut down, Turner still seeks connection. He enjoys his independence but clearly loves being around people—quiet companionship, soft affection, and peaceful walks are his happy place. He did well with other shelter dogs, showing he can coexist calmly even in a high-stress setting. Despite his good behavior and gentle soul, Turner is now euth-listed simply due to lack of space and time. He does not deserve for his story to end in a shelter kennel. 💔 Turner is the kind of dog who will quietly change your life. 💙 Loyal. Gentle. Loving. ⏳ He just needs someone to choose him—NOW. Story
Lu lu is a Husky/American Pit Bull mix weighing approximately 65 lbs. She has been part of our family for the past five years and is fully housebroken, spayed, microchipped, and up to date on all core vaccinations. Lu Lu is a true sweetheart who loves deeply and bonds closely with her people. She is happy relaxing at home and being near those she loves. Lu Lu would thrive in a home where she is the only pet. While she has lived alongside other animals, she has shown food-related guarding and unpredictable behavior with certain pets, particularly two of our huskies. Because of this, we strongly feel she would do best as the sole animal in the household, where she can receive focused attention. Importantly, Lu Lu has never shown aggression toward humans or children. She is affectionate and loyal with our children. Lu Lu deserves a loving home rather than being separated in a room because she doesn’t get along with the other dogs. She is so special and deserves so much more.

Blitz, Husky, White, Male neutered, 1 year old Blitz is a friendly boy who loves attention!  He is very playful and enjoys playing with toys.  Blitz would benefit from a family that is familiar with his breed and has the time to continue to provide training.  He may be selective with his doggy companions but does need a home without cats.  He would do best in a home with children over the age of 10 years old.    **This dog is at the Ocean County Animal Facility North located at 615 Fremont Ave, Jackson NJ (off of Hope Chapel Rd).  All dogs are spayed/neutered, micro-chipped, and have age appropriate shots.** To adopt our dogs you must come to the facility with your entire family, including dogs, to meet with our staff and the dog you are interested in. We are open to the public seven days a week between the hours of 1pm and 4pm.   Please call our facility at 732-657-8086 for more information about any of our pets! February 7, 2026, 6:05 pm

Story
***Adoption fee WAIVED***You don't need to be Jon Snow to adopt this Ghost - I promise, no Night's Watch oath required! I'm a striking Siberian Husky with a love for the great outdoors and plenty of energy to spare. Whether we're going for a walk, playing in the yard, or just hanging out together, I enjoy spending time with my people. That said, I do have an independent streak-classic Husky behavior, of course! Sometimes I like to do my own thing, but don't worry, I'll always circle back to check in on my favorite humans.I'm looking for an active home that understands my adventurous spirit and appreciates a dog with both brains and personality. I'd love a family that will keep me engaged, take me on outdoor adventures, and respect my occasional need for "me time." If you're looking for a fun-loving, intelligent, and slightly mysterious best friend, then I just might be the Ghost you've been searching for!Ghost is great with people and kids. A rock star! We take him to group events and he charms everyone he meets! He is best as your only pet. Housetrained and Oh, so handsome!**This pet is eligible for the Pets for Patriots program**Complete the online adoption application on our website www.savehomelessanimals.org.
