Story
At just 3 years old and weighing around 7 pounds, Bambi is a tiny terrier with a gentle soul and a story that tugs at the heart. After her family moved away and left her behind, she’s understandably a bit confused and unsure in new situations—but her resilience and sweetness still shine through. Bambi may be shy at first, especially in unfamiliar settings, but give her a little time and patience and she’ll begin to show her affectionate, trusting side. Once she feels safe, she enjoys quiet companionship and will happily curl up near you, soaking in the love and warmth she’s been missing. She’d do best in a calm, predictable home with someone who can offer her the reassurance and tenderness she deserves. A soft bed, a steady routine, and a gentle human to call her own would mean the world to her. Are you the kind-hearted soul who can show Bambi that she’ll never be left behind again? If you would like to adopt, please complete an application  at https://www.circle2rescue.com/dog-adoption-application/  The adoption fee of $450 includes the spay/neuter, vaccinations, deworming and microchip.   ##2461166##

Story
A little bit of sugar and a little bit of spice! Lizzy is an adorable little lady with a scruffy hair-do that makes her irresistable! At 8.8 pounds, she may be itty bitty but she's got a little tomboy in her too!. This tiny maiden is great with dogs of all sizes and lives with both big and small dogs. Lizzy easily keeps up and also initiates play with not only the 3 month puppies in her foster home but also the big dogs too!. She is definitely not a delicate flower. She would enjoy another canine pal in her forever home. Lizzy adores her people and is her foster mom's shadow. But she can also play the coy terrier who runs away from you when you want her to come. She was very shy for the first 4 or 5 days in her foster home but then she settled right in and has been such an easy girl to have around. She is up for most anything and loves to accompany her foster parents on car rides and errands. She definitely has the terrier attitude and considers herself the queen of the household. Lizzy is such a ham and keeps her foster parents smiling! She is crate and house trained with frequent reminders to go outside every few hours. Being the smart girl that she is, Lizzy quickly learned the advantages of being able to come and go via the dog door and the fact that it is an XL dog door doesn't bother her in the least. She is a spunky girl. Whether it’s curling up beside you for movie nights or trotting happily by your side on walks. Lizzy is just looking for someone to love—and someone who will love her right back. Her estimated age is 3 years. If you would like to adopt, please complete an application  at https://www.circle2rescue.com/dog-adoption-application/  The adoption fee of $450 includes the spay/neuter, vaccinations, deworming and microchip.   ##2375982##

Story
Maggie is 3-4 year old Terrier/Chihuahua/Poodle mix weighing about 15lbs.  Maggie came to us over a year ago from a hoarding case where there were over 60 Chihuahua/Poodle mixes living in a small home in Denver.  They were all incredibly under socialized and neglected, with most of the females being pregnant.  We were able to take in 5 of the pregnant moms from Maxfund to help get them into a safe and comfortable place to give birth and raise their puppies.  We also took about 8 other dogs from the hoarding case to start them socializing and learning how to "dog".  Maggie is now the last dog from the hoarding case and needs her forever family.  Maggie has clearly been through a lot and still has a long way to come.  She is a sweet girl but still pretty timid around humans.  She will come and snuggle with her foster Momma on her terms but it did take an incredibly long time for that to happen.  Maggie really needs a human who can be patient with her and give her a forever home with lots of love knowing she came from an incredibly rough situation and will probaly never be a completely "normal" dog. Her fosters describe her as more of a cat-dog.  We know she could make more progress with some training as well.  We will require she goes to a home with another dog so she can continue to learn how to trust and be a dog. Story
Dominic is a 3MO Terrier mix weighing about 7lbs.  His Momma weighs about 20lbs and we are guessing he will be about the same weight when full grown.  Dominic and his 6 siblings were surrendered to us because they were an "oops" litter.  We were able to get their mom fixed so she would never have another litter again, and get the pups fully vaccinated and ready for adoption too.   Dominic and his siblings are wonderful little pups.  They were raised around other dogs and lots of people so they are happy, social, and very loving.  They get along great with other dogs, cats, chickens and all people.  They loves to romp around together, explore, play with toys, and snuggle up for naps and bed time.  They love to follow their foster Momma around and are always very curious about what she is doing.  These pups will make wonderful companions! If you are interested in adopting Dominic or one of his siblings, please fill out our adoption application at brighterdaysdogrescue.com ##2451618##
