However, there are times where he barks at dogs who are too aggressive or dogs who bark at them. ▶ Relationship with cats: Hasn’t been in same space with cats, but barks at cats passing by the fence. ▶ Relationship between people: Loves human and being alongside for long period. Loves meeting people when going for walks. Mary sticks her head towards people, as if wanting to be seen. Loves human more than other dogs. If other dogs run towards her owner or seems to bother them, she would bark at them to stop. ▶ Leash training: She is family and doesn’t have aversion towards harness; she enjoys them since she know it means going for a walk. Special note: As a side effect from measle, has tic symptoms, weak front legs and inablity to produce tears. Due to weak front legs, may have some amount of shaking but has no problem at all to go for a walk. Slippery floors may casue her to slip some times but other than that, there are no problems. Mary's left eye has a bit of murky makrs which are improving over time. She has been puting artifical tears to help it. Mary used to have a paralysis on left part of her, but she was desperate to heal, that she overcame it. Her strong will is making her healthier daily.

Story
Meet ChoRong🩷 She was brought to Korean city shelter after a 119 emergency report. She had a collar on her neck, so it seemed that she had her family somewhere but no one came looking for her. She had broken toes and tail most likely from being hit by a car, and her eyes did not look well. With so many health issues, she was promptly rescued to start treatment. After a checkup, we discovered Chorong had lost sight in both eyes from advanced cataracts. She is currently recovering from her surgery on her toes and tail. 💟 Personality and Characteristics *She loves people so much! She reacts to sounds and scents and wags towards people. *She loves playing with toys. 🧸 *She gets along very well with other dog friends at the center! *She is blind, but she doesn’t have much difficulty doing normal indoor activities!

Story
Meet Young Sim🩷 She was attacked by another dog at a shelter and severely injured her right rear leg and her tail. Her injury was severe resulting in amputation.😢 After surgery, she ended up on the euthanasia list, and we Adogs stepped in to rescue her. After going through heartworm treatment and possibly due to stress, she gained a lot of weight. She’s on a diet and losing weight gradually!!💪🏻 Please reach out to our Young Sim who is bright and full of love despite missing one leg. * Since she is currently at Adogs Center living with a group of dogs, we are not sure about separation anxiety and potty training level. * Despite missing a leg, she walks very well with her three legs! *Young Sim resembles a Beagle dog and has a sunshine-like smile like a mischievous pup! Young Sim also has long legs! * A lovebug who follows and loves people! 💕 * She gets along well with other dogs at Adogs Center! * After surgery, she developed a habit of occasionally barking or biting the amputated area.😢 We don’t know if this is from stress or trauma. However, her behavior has been improving gradually. 💙 Health issues : She recently gained a lot of weight and the extra weight puts stress on her remaining legs and affects her health, so diet is absolutely necessary. 🙏🏻

Story
Hi there I’m Nala,I am a mature, self-confident dog who would love to find a forever home. I live now with other dogs who I love to play with, cats who I respect and play with if they want to, and kids who like to pet me. I have not had much experience with toys, but I do love a good game of tug. I like to be active, but I am good to just chill out with you too. Nothing like an evening of cuddling with the family to make my day complete.I like car rides, I don’t get sick, and I stay calm. My foster says I make a great co-pilot. I am learning basic commands like sit and stay but I will need some work with that. I love to walk and when we do I stay close to my foster and walk at their pace. If it sounds like we would be a good fit, then just fill in the application and we can meet on a Zoom call.Just waiting for you.Nala To get more information go to https://hope4lapawz.org/adopt and click on the dog's photo. Story
Milo was found stray by family members, checked for a chip and posted on lost pet boards (no replies) a few weeks ago I planned to keep him, but I'm disabled. I spent vet and March grocery funds on my other dog's emergency care and cremation after she died in my arms at the vet this week. Milo comes with: healthy dry/wet food, dog bed, wire crate, toys/chews/treats, harnesses/retractable leash, bowls/dishes, raincoat, and puppy pads. He's super smart, eager to please, VERY affectionate, and highly treat/toy motivated. He takes 2-3 days to learn new potty routines and other expectations. He knows "sit" and "come," sometimes "fetch." He weighs about 12 lbs, and seems exceptionally healthy. He needs loving owners who play with/walk him daily and can afford vet care and puppy training. He'll need a chip, 2nd round of puppy vaccines in 6 months (first round shots already done), and a neuter ASAP. If he's taken back to NE Veterinary in N. Seattle, his pre-neuter exam is already complete.

Story
Lucky is a beautiful mature doggie, approximately 8 years old, who was found on the streets of Mexico in a state of malnutrition and with a fracture in his scapula, for which he underwent orthopedic surgery to correct it. He is in perfect health, walks, runs slowly and even jumps sometimes. His energy is normal to low. Give beautiful grandpa a chance to spend his last years of life full of love and he will return the same love to you.
