Story
Quick Facts  Name: Mongshell Age: 1 year old Gender: Female Neutered/Sprayed: Yes Breed: Terrier Mix Color: Beige Weight: 9kg My Story Hi, I’m Mongshell, a sweet and playful 1-year-old Terrier mix with a soft beige coat. I weigh 9kg and have a heart full of love to share. My journey began in a difficult situation—I was rescued from a mountain beekeeping farm where I had been tied up and abandoned. Despite my rough start, I’ve grown into a lively and affectionate pup, ready to find my forever family. My Personality I’m a gentle soul with a touch of shyness when meeting new people. I adore toys—chewing and chasing them brings me so much joy! I also have a quirky love for shoes and slippers, so my future family might want to keep those safely tucked away. I’m happiest when I’m playing, exploring, or snuggling with my loved ones. Social SkillsWith people, I’m initially cautious, but with other dogs, I’m a peace-loving pup who gets along well with friends of all sizes. I enjoy meeting new furry pals and often look to them for guidance in unfamiliar situations. If another dog gets upset, I’ll politely walk away to avoid conflict. As for cats, I haven’t had much experience with them yet, so I’m not sure how I’d react. Energy and ActivitiesI’m an energetic pup who loves outdoor adventures and playtime with other dogs. After a day of running around, I settle down nicely at home and enjoy some quiet time. While I’m curious and love exploring, I feel nervous around busy streets or loud noises, so I prefer quieter walking routes. Training and HabitsI’m smart, food-motivated, and eager to learn. I’m fully outdoor potty-trained and try my best to communicate my needs. I’m crate-trained and stay calm and relaxed in my kennel. While I rarely bark, I might let out a few barks when meeting someone new, but I settle down quickly once reassured. My Ideal HomeI’m searching for a family that will embrace my playful, energetic nature and understand my slightly shy side. I’d thrive in a home where I can play with other dogs or receive plenty of love and attention from my humans. If you’re looking for a loyal companion to share walks, playtime, and cuddles, I could be the perfect addition to your family. Special NotesI absolutely adore toys, especially ones I can chew or chase.I have a playful obsession with shoes and slippers—be prepared to keep them safe!I’m peaceful and avoid conflict with other dogs. With love, patience, and tasty treats, I’ll flourish as your loyal and loving companion. ##2288087##

Story
Quick Facts  Name: Pauline Age: 1 year old Gender: Male Neutered/Sprayed: Yes Breed: Terrier Mix Color: White Weight: 10kg Hi, I’m Pauline! I’m a cheerful and lovable one-year-old Terrier mix with a fluffy white coat and a heart full of affection. Weighing around 10kg, I’m an energetic and playful pup who’s always ready for a fun adventure. My journey started in a shelter in Masan, where my mother gave birth to me and my four siblings. Unfortunately, she was too sick to survive, leaving us behind to fend for ourselves. But now, I’m here, hoping to find a forever home that will give me all the love I never got as a baby. My PersonalityI’m an incredibly sweet and good-natured dog who loves people and enjoys making new friends. While I may act a little shy at first, it doesn’t take long before I start wagging my tail and leaning in for pets. I’m a bit of a goofball, often acting silly and playful, but I have a heart as pure as gold. I may not be the smartest pup in the world, but what I lack in wit, I make up for in love and loyalty. I don’t have an aggressive bone in my body—I approach everything and everyone with curiosity and kindness. Social SkillsWith people, I might act reserved for the first few moments, but once I get a sense of warmth and safety, I’m quick to let my guard down. I even let strangers pick me up without a fuss! With other dogs, I’m friendly and easygoing, though I tend to avoid overly energetic or pushy dogs. I like to observe before engaging, and while I may not always be the first to initiate play, I enjoy the company of calm and gentle dogs. I haven’t had any experience with cats yet, so I’m not sure how I’d react. Energy and Activities I have a fairly high energy level, meaning I thrive on outdoor playtime and exercise. Running around, chasing toys, and exploring new places make me happy! However, since I haven’t had much experience with structured walks, I still get nervous about new environments. Sometimes, if I encounter something unfamiliar, I may freeze or lie down until I feel safe again. With consistent training and encouragement, I’ll gain confidence and become a great walking buddy in no time. Training and HabitsI’m still learning the ropes when it comes to structured training, but I’m eager to please and respond well to positive reinforcement. I do have a habit of barking when I want attention or when I meet new people, but I settle down quickly once I realize everything is okay. I also have a bit of a goofy, clueless side, so I need a patient family who will guide me with gentle encouragement rather than strict discipline. While I may not pick up commands as quickly as some dogs, I make up for it with my affectionate and charming personality. My Ideal HomeI’d love to be in a home where my playful and gentle nature is appreciated. I’d do well with a family who understands that I’m still learning and needs a bit of guidance when it comes to new experiences. A home with another friendly and calm dog would be great for me, but I can also thrive as the only dog if I get enough love and attention. If you’re looking for a silly, affectionate, and lovable pup who will bring endless joy into your life, I just might be the perfect match for you! Special NotesI’m an incredibly sweet and innocent pup who approaches the world with curiosity and warmth. I may be a bit goofy and not the most street-smart, but my heart is pure, and I’m eager to love and be loved. I sometimes lack awareness of boundaries, so I may need gentle guidance in learning proper manners. With patience, kindness, and lots of cuddles, I’ll become a devoted and loving companion. My playful nature and love for toys make me a fun addition to any home, and I promise to bring plenty of laughter and happiness into your life! ##2293934##

My name is Zeus, and I’m an energetic and lovable pup with a heart as big as my name. At 8 months old, I’m still a puppy, which means I’m full of curiosity, playfulness, and a love for life. I’m always ready to learn, explore, and make new friends—whether they’re people or other dogs! My Personality I may be the biggest among my siblings, but I’m also the most gentle and thoughtful one. I love to observe, take everything in, and quickly understand what’s expected of me. I’m a loyal and affectionate pup, and once I trust you, I’ll follow you anywhere! I enjoy being around people and have a naturally friendly nature. Whether it’s someone I’ve known forever or someone I’m meeting for the first time, I’m happy to say hello and soak up some affection. I’m also great with other dogs—I love meeting new friends and inviting them to play! Even though I have plenty of puppy energy, I have a calm and balanced personality compared to my siblings. I’m playful, but I don’t act impulsively—I like to think before I leap! On My Walks I’m still getting used to the big world outside, and sometimes new places make me pause for a moment. But once I know I’m safe, I trust my human to guide me and happily follow along. I’m currently learning to walk on a leash and getting more confident every day! Life at Home I’m already doing great with potty training—I can use both indoor pee pads and go outside when needed. I also don’t mind sharing my food with people but other dogs, I am little bit more protective. I rarely bark as well. My Ideal Home I would love a family that will help me continue learning and growing with patience and encouragement. Here’s what I’m hoping for: - A Loving & Supportive Home: I thrive when I feel safe and connected to my people.- Outdoor Adventures: I enjoy walks and playtime to keep my body and mind engaged.- Gentle Training & Guidance: I’m eager to learn and love making my humans proud. I’m Thor, a playful, affectionate pup with an endless supply of energy and love. At just 8 months old, I’m still a puppy, which means every day is an adventure waiting to happen! I’m curious, eager to explore, and always ready to make new friends—whether they’re humans or fellow pups. My Personality If you’re looking for a dog who brings joy, excitement, and non-stop fun into your life, I might just be the one for you! I’m a bundle of energy, always on the move, always ready to play. When I was born, I was the biggest and sturdiest of my siblings, but as I grew, I became the most spirited and lively of the bunch. I absolutely adore people—whether I’ve known you for years or just met you, I’ll be the first to run up for pets and cuddles. I don’t hesitate to show affection, and I might even give you a little nuzzle or hop up on my hind legs just to say, “Hey, I love you!” When it comes to other dogs, I’m friendly and social, but I tend to prefer human companionship the most. I love playing with my people, following them around, and soaking up all the attention I can get. On My Walks I’m still learning about the world, and sometimes new things can make me pause for a moment. But once I get comfortable, I’m eager to explore! I’m currently working on my leash skills, and with a little patience and guidance, I’ll be a fantastic walking buddy in no time. Life at Home I’m already doing great with potty training—I can use both indoor pee pads and go outside when needed. I also don’t mind sharing my food with people and other dogs. I might be vocal when I want something. My Ideal Home I’m looking for a family that can match my enthusiasm for life and give me plenty of love, playtime, and guidance as I grow. Here’s what I hope for: A Fun & Loving Home: I thrive in an environment where I can be active and loved. A Playful Family: I’d love someone who enjoys playtime, training, and adventures. Story
Quick Facts Name: Maison Age: 5 years old Gender: Female Neutered/Sprayed: Yes Breed: Russell Terrier Mix  Color: White & Brown & Black Weight: 13kg All About Me Hi, I’m Maison! I’m a five-year-old Russell Terrier mix, weighing 13kg. I was rescued from a shelter where I was at risk of euthanasia, but now I have a second chance at finding a loving home. I’m a friendly, affectionate dog with a big heart and a playful spirit, and I can’t wait to meet my forever family! My Personality I love people! Whether you’re someone I know or a total stranger, I’ll come right up to you, lean in for pets, and happily soak up all the attention. I enjoy being picked up, cuddled, and scratched—honestly, the more love, the better! My ability to bond with humans is one of my best qualities. I always make eye contact, and if you look at me, I’ll wag my tail as if I’ve been waiting just for you. How I Get Along with Other Dogs I enjoy meeting and greeting new dog friends and will often invite them to play. I don’t mind sharing space with other dogs, though I once had a brief standoff over treats—but don’t worry, it didn’t last long, and we made up right away! If you already have another dog with a similar energy level, I’d probably love having a sibling to play with. I haven’t met any cats yet, so I’m not sure how I’d react to them. My Energy Level I have a balanced energy level. I love outdoor activities and playing, but I also know how to settle down and relax. Sometimes, I start off a little excited, but I calm down quickly. I enjoy walks, though I might pull on the leash a bit at first—I just get excited to explore! My Good Habits I don’t guard my food from people, but I may give a little grumble if another dog gets too close while I’m eating. Other than that, I’m easygoing and well-mannered. I rarely bark, so I won’t be a noisy housemate. I’m also comfortable in a kennel when needed. When it comes to potty time, I’m flexible—I can use indoor pee pads or go outside. Whatever works best for my new home, I’m happy to adapt! What I’m Looking for in a Home I would love to be part of a family that enjoys spending time together, whether it’s going for walks, playing, or just relaxing at home. If you already have another dog with a similar energy level, I’d be happy to have a playmate. But if I’m your only dog, that’s okay too—I’ll be more than happy getting all the attention from you! Special Message I have the strong, muscular build of a true terrier, and while I can be full of energy, I settle down quickly. My biggest joy is being with people—I love affection, eye contact, and just being part of a family. If you’re looking for a loving, social, and well-mannered companion, I might be the perfect dog for you. I can’t wait to find my forever home! ##2307378##

Story
Maya is a 5 month old Jackapoo (Jack Russet Terrier Poodle Mix) that I have been fostering since she was 12 weeks old. She is the last of her litter and is seeking her forever family! She is a very happy, loving well balanced puppy. She loves to cuddle and chill both with people, other dogs, and independently on her own. She sleeps through the night in her pen. She loves to play with toys both with others and by herself. She walks well on a leash. She is very treat motivated and a fast learner. She is currently around 11 lbs and expected to be less than 20 lbs. Everyone morning when I wake up she is really excitted to see me but then will sit in her pen before I left her out and then she will jump in my lap and cuddle with me before I take her outside - it's adorable.

Story
**He is currently in Seattle** Mukgoo is about 5 years old. He was found near an army base in Korea and immigrated to America around the age of 1 on President’s Day of 2020. He is an incredibly smart and lovable dog. He is kind and loves people (loves dogs and people). He will eat almost anything (except veggies). He can be a jumper when he gets very excited. He prefers households with another dog and a big yard to run around in but it’s not a non-negotiable. He has always adjusted well to whatever the circumstance. Overall, he’s a good dog and he’s got a lot of love to give. I’m having to give him up due to being unable to raise him in my current life stage. In no way, this is due to any bad behaviors or anything. He’s a really kind-hearted and sweet dog. Likes - He loves playing fetch (quickest way to his heart), rolling in the grass, puppycinos, ice cream, snow, people, dogs - Historically has liked lamb, fish skin, salmon, bully sticks, dental sticks, sweet potato, etc. In general, he loves to eat~ - Very social and prefers to greet other dogs and people, including dog parks, doggy day cares Dislikes - He dislikes bath but who does - He doesn’t like being alone but can manage a few hours if needed - No longer is a fan of veggies - Fireworks and big noises Things to Watch out for - Throwing up: If you let him freely eat grass, he’ll throw up. When he feels stressed, he can react by throwing up. - He can be independent when he is fixated on things. Just be patient with him and he will come back to focus on you. He is a people pleaser. - He rarely barks. He may bark when other dogs bark but even that is rare. He is more of a whiner. If he needs to let you know something, he will whine. - Not a counter surfer but can be if you let him Commands He knows his basic commands (sit, down, hand, etc.) and is open to learning new ones as well. Potty He is used to peeing and pooing outside. Once you create a regular spot and time for him, it’s clockwork. Otherwise, just be aware when he whines that it may be time to go. - At a high level, he knows “go potty” and “go poo” as a sign to go to the bathroom - He will rarely go pee or poo inside the home. Once in a million tries, a thing like that can happen during the night but he’s really sorry when he does. Leash He has never been fully off-leash, only in areas that condone it (home, backyard, dog park, etc.). He is not one to go off-leash and run away. He’ll run around and try to have you play with him. Keep him on a short leash if you need to focus on walking as he can veer away due to his interest in sniffing. Once on a short leash, he’ll understand and walk along. However, give him time to sniff as he is very curious with smells. Sleep He can sleep together or on his own if you’re in a different room or floor. He is also loves to cuddle up as well. When there’s fireworks, it’s recommended you sleep where he sees you because he’s afraid of the loud sounds. Food He is on one meal a day. If you give him two meals a day, he may not eat the first meal. Snacks though he loves. He knows how to sit and wait for food. He is currently on Costco’s salmon and sweet potato meal.

Story
Here's what the humans have to say about me: Cami is a male Jack Russell Terrier mix, estimated to be around one year old, with a small build weighing 5 kg. Although he has a painful past of being rescued just before euthanasia at a shelter, Cami is a bright and affectionate dog with a loving personality. He adores people and is friendly with everyone without hesitation. He is gentle with smaller dogs and gets along well with larger ones, showing excellent social skills. Most importantly, Cami longs for love and needs an environment where someone is always by his side. Since he may become anxious when left alone for long periods, a household where at least one family member stays home would be ideal. With an energetic personality, Cami enjoys jumping and playing with toys, requiring opportunities to release his energy. A home with a yard or frequent visits to a dog park would be perfect for him. As he lacks experience living in a home, he may chew on household items, but with enough toys and proper playtime, he can develop positive habits. His overall health is good, though he has a dental misalignment. However, this does not affect his ability to chew and instead adds to his unique charm. Cami is waiting for a loving family to welcome him. Please help him start a new life in a warm and caring home!

Story
Debonair 11-year-old Jax is an active and smart boy who will be a wonderful companion for the right family! Jax is a 25 lb. rat terrier.  He is in excellent physical condition after beating cancer (a mast cell tumor on his belly).  Jax loves sunning himself, walking, jogging, playing with stuffed animals, and chasing a ball. He gets along well with small dogs he's introduced to in his home environment. He has been very nice to his foster siblings but can be protective of his space and might correct another dog who touches or steps on him with a yowl and small snap. Jax would be fine as a single dog or with a respectful smaller dog.  Jax should not live with cats or other small pets. He does also have a bit of anxiety which has been greatly reduced with a stable schedule and increased exercise.  Jax barks at the door when he needs to go out and is perfectly housetrained. He can be trusted to be free indoors and doesn't get into the trash, counter surf, or chew items. Jax might have a tough exterior, but he has a soft, loving heart for someone who is willing to take the time to understand him.See more photos of Jax at https://imageevent.com/newrattitude/jax .Our adoption fee is $200 for adult dogs or $250 for puppies under 6 months old. Story
Here's Boomer, New Rattitude's latest Roswell rescue! Boomer narrowly avoided being euthanized in the Roswell, NM shelter which is sadly extremly overcrowded, but was luckily saved when a kind foster home pulled him at the last moment. From there, Boomer was taken under the wing of The Roswell Survivor Project and transported with 15 other lucky pups to Washington where he is currently being fostered.Boomer is about 2 years-old, neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations. Weighing in at 20 lbs., he is on the big side for a rat terrier. Boomer is a curious guy with plenty of energy, an adventurous spirit, and a sweet personality. He's also a massive cuddle-bug and loves to be with his humans. He can get anxious on leash when he sees other dogs and can pull and bark. He doesn't mind being picked up or handled as long as it's gently and with care. He hasn't been around kids, but is likely to be okay gentle and mature children. With his playful demeanor and friendly nature, Boomer is sure to bring joy and laughter to his new forever home. He's a smart and curious dog who loves to explore and learn new things.Boomer is reliably house-trained after his neuter. However, he will need to be let outside on a schedule since he hasn't found a way to ask to go outside. Boomer does chase small animals and has a normal terrier prey drive. Therefore, he cannot be in a home with cats or other small animals. Boomer loves to chew and prefers plastic toys! However, if he doesn't receive enough exercise he may get anxious and chew items he finds around the home. He is a clever boy and needs to be mentally and physically stimulated or he finds ways to entertain himself! This lucky and lovable rescue may just be the right guy for you.
