Don't let my name fool you, I'm quite the down-to-earth girl. I'm young, full of life and I absolutely adore making new friends. I have a knack for getting along with my fellow canines, making me the life of any doggy party. My past is a mystery, even to me, but I like to focus on the present and the future. I have a fluffy coat that's perfect for cuddling on those chilly nights. I'm also sweet and friendly, always ready to greet you with a wagging tail and a loving gaze. Unfortunately, I'm heartworm positive, but not to worry, with treatment provided by my friends at K-9 Lifesavers, I'll be as good as new. I believe every day is a gift and I'm eager to share my days with a family who will love me just as much as I'll love them. Adopt me and let's make every day a Fancy day!To learn more about heartworm please visit: http://pets.webmd.com/dogs/guide/heartworms-in-dogs-facts-and-mythsYour new pet will require a refresher in house-training. K-9 Lifesavers strongly recommends all new adopters enroll their new pet into obedience training. This provides for an easier transition into a new home, ensures the dog remains well socialized, and helps form a bond between the dog and the new family. Adoption fees cover basic vetting, rabies (if puppy is old enough), distemper/parvo vaccinations, deworming, monthly heartworm prevention while in our care (if old enough), monthly flea/tick prevention while in our care, and transport costs. K-9 Lifesavers will also cover the cost of spay/neuter at our partner vet at 6 months of age or reimburse adopter for up to the amount of our partner vet cost should you choose to spay/neuter at your own vet. Foster Program: Foster homes provide for the temporary care of a rescue until the dog is placed into a loving, forever home.
