My name is Babe Nico, and I’m here to introduce myself because I’m on the hunt for my forever family! I came all the way from an overcrowded shelter in Alabama with my four brothers. It was getting pretty crowded there, but luckily some wonderful people stepped in to help us. Now I’m safe and settling in while I wait for the family who’s meant just for me. If you saw my photo shoot, you probably already noticed that I’ve perfected the art of being both adorable and handsome. It’s a natural talent, really. But I’m not just good looks — I’m also a friendly, playful puppy who loves having fun and making new friends. I get along great with other dogs and enjoy playtime just as much as cuddle time. My humans say I’m a well-behaved boy and at the perfect age to learn all the important puppy skills. That means I’m ready for training, adventures, and growing into the very best companion you could ask for. I’d love a home that enjoys staying active and spending time together — I promise to keep your days full of wet-nose kisses, happy tail wags, and plenty of goofy puppy moments. So what do you think… could we be a match? If you’re looking for a loyal sidekick who will love you with his whole puppy heart, I’m your guy. Apply to adopt me today and let’s start our forever adventure together! Your new pet will require a refresher in house-training. K-9 Lifesavers strongly recommends all new adopters enroll their new pet into obedience training. This provides for an easier transition into a new home, ensures the dog remains well socialized, and helps form a bond between the dog and the new family.    Adoption fees cover basic vetting, rabies (if puppy is old enough), distemper/parvo vaccinations, deworming, monthly heartworm prevention while in our care (if old enough), monthly flea/tick prevention while in our care, and transport costs. K-9 Lifesavers will also cover the cost of spay/neuter at our partner vet at 6 months of age or reimburse adopter for up to the amount of our partner vet cost should you choose to spay/neuter at your own vet.Foster Program:    Foster homes provide for the temporary care of a rescue until the dog is placed into a loving, forever home.  For more information on becoming a foster parent, and our Foster Program, visit http://www.k-9lifesavers.org/foster/ or email our Foster Coordinator at foster@k-9lifesavers.orgSPONSOR ME! Help Save Lives!    Make a tax-deductible donation today and help save a life.
