Mendel is the best and one of the most intelligent dogs I ever met. We been together for almost five years and he is one of my best friends! Unfortunately my arthritis and recurrent fainting are making it hard to take care of him. Meet Roddy, our sweet, handsome, and energetic boy with the most innocent face. He is mix of poodle, Rottweiler, golden retriever, and Labrador, born on October 20, 2024, and weighs about 70 lbs. Roddy is neutered, healthy, house-trained, crate-trained, and full of love. When I first got Roddy, I was working from home and could walk him several times a day. Now that I am in the office full-time, he spends most of his time in his crate, and that's just not fair to him. He deserves more time, space, and attention than I can give. Roddy is incredibly smart, playful, high-energ energy and affectionate. He still thinks he is a little pup who can fit on your lap, not realizing he is almost bigger than you! He thrives in a loving, active home that can match his energy and give him the love and freedom he deserves. Roddy thrives on learning new things. He would really benefit from consistent training and a family who has the time to guide him and help him reach his full potential.

Story
Milo is a sweet dog with lots of energy. He has done extensive training and knows the commands, but needs some practice to use them regularly. He loves his person and is only wants to make his family happy. He’s generally good with kids and people although he does show some food guarding if he happens to get table food. He gets a long well with our other male dog in the home but can be an aggressive player. We had a new baby unexpectedly and we believe this is causing him stress and he’s not able to be as active given our schedule. He also can be reactive on a leash at times around other dogs. We believe he’d do best in a home that can provide him the activity and attention he needs and deserves.

She was found wandering on her own, and despite all she’s been through, she remains incredibly sweet, trusting, and full of quiet resilience. At around 2 years old, she already knows basic commands like sit and is eager to keep learning, especially when kindness, patience, and positive reinforcement are involved. Miracle is very treat-motivated, but she has wonderful manners and doesn’t jump on people, even when treats are involved. She loves to sniff and follow her nose, taking great joy in exploring her surroundings, and she does well in the presence of other dogs, making her a pleasant companion on walks and outings. With the cold weather setting in, Miracle has shown just how thankful she is to be warm and safe again. She’s ready for a fresh start—a cozy home, a loving heart, and a forever family who will never let her feel alone again. Could you be the happy ending this sweet girl has been hoping for?
