Story
Coconut(Coco)is an 8yo Maltese weighing 8lbs that we rescued from a commercial breeding kennel.  Coco is learning what it means to live in a home - steps, new noises, doors, touch, TV’s, leashes etc. Coco had to have her remaining teeth removed due to decay but has no trouble eating soft food. She has a great appetite. She goes potty outside, walks around the neighborhood on a leash, enjoys good soft food and exploring the yard. She is fascinated with all the birds and squirrels. She loves liverwurst, chicken and beef hot dogs so she will come and take from my hand and if the refrigerator door opens, she runs over just in check if it’s something for her.  She is good in the crate overnight and I have left her for 3-4 hours during the day with no problem.  She knows “go potty”.  Her crate has also been dry overnight. She will need another calm dog in the home to show her the ropes and build her confidence. I do have a fenced yard and that would be preferred as she loves it. But if no fence, she will need to be on a leash to be safe. Coconut and Cashmere could be adopted together if anyone is interested in two small dogs as very bonded.Mill dogs make the best pets ever who will bond with you forever. Her fur is growing in as she came in shaved.  The brown is from licking with a mouth full of bacteria from bad teeth and with good food and regular grooming, her looks will blossom.  Coconut is now spayed, up to date with vaccines and microchipped. She tested negative for heartworm and has been started on monthly heartworm prevention. Her adoption fee is $250.00. If interested in adopting Coconut,  please visit our website www.lharinc.org go to Adopt and complete the dog adoption application. Hello, my name is: GatsbyApprox. DOB: 03/14/2010Weight: 13.8 lbsSex/Breed: Neutered male Maltese mixRescued from: Owner surrender*GATSBY AND GIPPER ARE A BONDED PAIR AND MUST BE ADOPTED TOGETHER*Have you ever seen a cuter pair?! Gatsby and Gipper are a bonded senior duo who came to All 4 Paws after their family was no longer able to provide them with the care and attention they deserved. After spending their lives as beloved companions, we were grateful to offer them a soft place to land and a second chance at a loving home. These boys have been nothing but sweet from the moment we met them. They settled quickly into their foster home and have been enjoying simple pleasures like sunny days outside, cozy dog beds, the company of their older doggy pals, and even leisurely walks in their stroller. As distinguished senior gentlemen, Gatsby and Gipper do best in a calm, relaxed environment and seem to enjoy the company of other easygoing dogs. Gatsby occasionally instigates short play sessions with his friends, while Gipper is more of a laid-back couch potato who prefers to take it easy. These adorable old men have wonderful manners and don’t ask for much—just comfort, companionship, and a family to love them through their golden years. They are looking for a forever home with someone who is home often and ready to spoil them rotten. Story
Hi, my name is Winter and I am patiently waiting to find my forever family. I am the cutest little 9 lb, 4-year-old Bichon, rescued from a commercial breeder. My ideal home includes: 🪄 A fenced in yard, that goes all the way to the ground. I am a little magician, and I figured out how to get under my foster families’ fence, so they needed to secure it all the way to the ground. When I am on a leash, I am nervous and I try to chew it off. I also like my own space when I am doing my “business.” 🏘️ A family who will let me have free reign of the house or will let me chill in a sectioned off area of the house because I HATE the crate. I will fight with the crate until my little nose is bloody to try to get out. When my foster family is at work, I am not destructive at all and you can find me chilling on the couch with the other dogs or on my bed, napping peacefully. At night I sleep soundly all night on a big pillow next to my foster parents’ bed. 🐶 Another low to medium energy, cool, calm, and confident dog to show me the ropes. I live with 2 big dogs now and I follow their potty time lead and their time-to-settle-down for-the-night lead. 👧 At least 1 female member of my pack. I am ok having a male in the house and am learning to trust that men are safe and loving too. 😍 A low to medium energy household with people who LOVE to snuggle and who want a lap dog. I had an XRAY that showed some degenerative changes in my right hip, it doesn’t seem to bother me though, but I am more of a snuggle bug, than walking buddy. 🥩 A person who will soften my food. I had a few teeth pulled, so I need a softer diet. If you are looking for a loyal companion and the cutest little button of a dog, I am your girl. I am being fostered in Western Berks County, PA. www.zoeshouserescue.com Zoe’s House Rescue Kennel License 9117 Sinking Spring, PA 19608

Story
🍪 Meet Biscoff (aka "Potato")! If you’re looking for a dog who is as sweet as a cookie and as sturdy as a spud, look no further. *Biscoff* is a 5-year-old Bichon mix who has officially retired from her past life as a breeding mama and is ready to start her "glam girl" era with a forever family. ### *The "Potato" Profile* * *Age:* 5 Years Young * *The Look:* Classic Bichon charm with a heart of gold. * *The Nickname:* "Potato" (Because she is small, round, and everyone’s favorite sidekick). * *Health:* Spayed, fully up-to-date on shots, and rocking a slightly modified smile! She had a few teeth removed recently, but don't worry—it doesn't slow her down at mealtime one bit. ### *Why You’ll Love Her* * *The Ultimate Socialite:* Biscoff is a "people person" through and through. She’s friendly with kids of all ages and just wants to be wherever the action is. * *The Breakfast Club President:* This girl lives for the sound of a kibble bag. She has a real zest for breakfast and dinner and isn't afraid to show her excitement! * *Cuddle Consultant:* She’s recently found her voice! She’ll give you a polite heads-up when guests arrive, but her true passion is professional-level snuggling. * *Low Maintenance Living:* A fenced yard isn't a requirement for this girl. She’s also a dream in her crate when you’re out, though she’s trustworthy enough to lounge in a dog-proofed room if you’d prefer. ### *The Ideal Home* Biscoff would love a home where she can get plenty of attention. She’d enjoy having a canine brother or sister to show her the ropes, but as long as she has her humans, she’s happy to be your one-and-only. After five years of hard work, Biscoff is ready to be the one who gets taken care of. *Are you ready to welcome this sweet Potato into your life?* Zoe's House Rescue Kennel # 9117 Reading, PA 19608

Story
Let me re-introduce myself. I’m Everest, and I may look familiar to you. See, I was already adopted once, but I was returned to my foster mom for being too noisy in the crate. She told me not to worry, sometimes we don’t get it right the first time and that just means someone extra special is waiting for me. Could that special person be you?  Everest is a 5-year-old Bichon who loves nothing more than to be involved in your day. Whether that’s lounging on the couch watching movies, tanning in the backyard, going for a walk, or even a run! He’s a happy go lucky guy who needs a little time to adjust and make himself comfortable in new environments.  Everest is not a huge fan of the crate; however, he has worked really hard to get used to it and now settles fairly quickly. For bedtime, he prefers a comfy dog bed or the couch. He’s got quite the schedule for himself, preferring to hit the sack early and rise with the sun. Who could think of a better companion to go with your morning coffee?  Everest does well with other dogs, and people of all ages, including children. An ideal home would be one that has a playmate, canine or human, he is not picky. He would do best in a family that has someone home often. He is neutered, up to date on shots and preventatives, as well as microchipped. A fence is not required, but he sure would love the freedom to run that a fence provides. He is also potty trained with regular potty breaks, although regression is common in new environments. Due to his coat, Everest would require periodic grooming, which he does well with. Everest is being fostered in Berks County, PA and all interested adopters would need to be willing to travel there for a meet & greet.  If your interested please apply at www.zoeshouserescue.com/adopt Kennel License #9117  Reading PA 19608
