Story
Hershey is about a year and a half old and has been in foster care a majority of the time. She was taken home by someone and severely mistreated before being returned, so she has trust issues. She’s not a fan right away to men, but once she gets to know you and gets comfortable she is a sweetheart. She has been staying with a family that has a young, special needs child and another dog for a few months. She is going to need someone who has plenty of time and patience to work with her. She is house broken, and crate trained for night and when the family is not home.

Story
Meet Rhonda: a joyful, high-energy sweetheart with a grin so big you’ll assume she’s either (1) just heard the word “walk,” (2) just found a tennis ball, or (3) plotting harmless chaos. (It’s usually all three.)Rhonda is a big, beautiful girl with an even bigger personality. She LOVES people and other dogs—she’s basically the social coordinator who shows up like, “Hi, I made us plans. We’re best friends now.”She already knows basic commands and is eager to learn more, especially if you pay in snacks. Rhonda is classic puppy energy in a grown-up body: she plays hard, loves hard, and treats every day like it’s her birthday party. “Sitting still” is not her love language—but “let’s go do something fun” absolutely is.And that smile? Her signature full, mouth-wide-open, ear-to-ear grin will brighten your whole week. It’s like her face is permanently set to “THIS IS THE GREATEST MOMENT OF MY LIFE,” even if the moment is just… you opening the fridge.Rhonda will thrive with an active family who can give her plenty of exercise, playtime, and continued training. Give her outlets and structure, and you’ll get a loyal, affectionate adventure buddy who keeps you moving—and keeps you laughing. If your dream dog is part athlete, part goofball, and 100% love, come meet Rhonda.

Story
This is Squid. He is a five year old English Mastiff. I am unsure how he would do around any new pets or children he isn't aquatinted with, but he does share a home with a senior dog, and child. He is house trained, crate trained, but not so much on a leash. He has a pretty laid back nature and I am hoping he finds a good home that will give him as much love as he has here.

Story
Ralph the Derp! Ralph is a huge friendly, enthusiastic, uncoordinated 4-legged energetic goofball! He was rescued from “death row” at a high kill shelter, as a skinny stray with a treatable skin condition. His fur has almost completely grown in & he is now at a healthy weight. This overgrown mastiff/Cane Corso mix pup has no comprehension of his size, leaning into humans for affection or trying to ooze onto laps for cuddles. He is being trained not to jump and not to paw for attention/affection/play because he currently has 85# of mass behind those “congenial” moves. Ralph plays well with dogs of all sizes, but would do best with med-to-larger dogs due to his size & poorly curbed gusto. He hordes toys, taking them all to his chosen dog bed of the day. He likes to carry a special toy “baby” in his mouth when going out in the yard. He does need to be fed in his crate & will guard his empty food bowl from other dogs, unless he is distracted with a toy & led outdoors after meals. He is great on a leash, makes awesome grunty sounds when cuddled, enjoys baths. Ralph will make a great addition to an active family with older children. He is eager to please, food and affection oriented (although a bit stubborn at times), making him an ideal candidate for success with continuation of his training. Please consider adopting the gorgeous big derp into your home. Attributes: In training to avoid jumping/pawing Active family He is neutered, microchipped, had recent cherry eye repair and up to date on all vaccines and preventions. Local adoption fee is $200(in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $450 (includes transport to your area)
