Story
I`m a girl who wins hearts with one look from my soft, gentle eyes and my permanently adorable face. I love the simple things, long naps curled up somewhere cozy, quietly staying close to my favorite people, and getting far too excited the moment I hear a treat bag crinkle. I`m sweet-natured, affectionate, and always ready to offer calm companionship, whether we`re relaxing together or enjoying a peaceful afternoon. If your idea of perfection includes a loyal cuddle buddy with impeccable nap skills and a talent for making every day feel a little softer, we`ll get along just fine.

Story
Meet the "Udge" pups! These pups, named with words rhyming with their Momma Mudge's name, were born in their foster home on April 20th, 2026.  Their mom is a 95 pound Bullmastiff mix, making these guys a perfect mix of Bullmastiff and adorable!  This adorable trio will likely grow up to be large to extra large pups. At 9 weeks old, they are already weighing between 16 and 20 pounds each!  The pups have adorable loose skin and Mastiff - like wrinkles that are sure to make anyone ooh and ahh!  As they were born in their foster home, the Udge pups have had a lot of socialization!  The pups have lived in a home with other dogs, have met cats and have been handled daily by children.  They love to run and play in the yard, chasing their human foster children and then plop down for a good nap infront of the tv.  While they have not started potty training yet, they do show signs of knowing where to go to the bathroom, so their foster family thinks that potty training will come relatively easy to them!   These sweet puppies are ready for their forever families to help them grow into their silly, sweet personalities! If they seem like a fit to you - apply today!  Their adoption fees are $400 each. To adopt this animal, please visit https://www.louieslegacy.org/adopt All of our animals come spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, are microchipped, heartworm negative, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, dewormed, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services, and makes it possible for us to continue rescuing animals. For more information on the adoption fees and the adoption process, please complete our adoption application here: https://www.louieslegacy.org/adopt - an application allows us to get to know your family better so we can assess whether the animal you are interested in is a good match for your home. An application does not obligate you to adopt. Please understand that due to the volume of applications some animals receive, we are unable to contact all applicants. If your application is considered a good fit for the animal you are interested in, or even a different pet, a volunteer will give you a call as soon as possible. We are a foster based rescue and do not have a shelter location where animals can be seen during the week. Please see our Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/LouiesLegacy for our weekly adoption album if you are interested in meeting an animal in person. Not all animals attend every adoption event, please check our Facebook page for animal event times and locations before you make a trip to meet a specific animal.

Story
Hi, I’m Luke, and I’m a big, lovable boy tipping the scales at just over 100 lbs! Don’t let my size fool you—I’m a happy, easygoing pup who just wants to play, explore, and cuddle. I’m all about the good things in life: squeaky toys, water play, long walks, and best of all—snuggle time on the couch. I’m a pro at giving hugs (though I’m working on not jumping up too hard to give them—oops!). I get along great with other dogs and kids, but because of my size and enthusiasm, I’d do best with older children who won’t get accidentally knocked over during playtime. I’m crate trained, housebroken, and walk nicely on a leash—unless there’s a squirrel… then it’s game on! I do have a slight prey drive, so a little guidance goes a long way. If you’re looking for a big-hearted, playful companion to fill your home with love (and maybe take up some space on your couch), I’m your guy. Let’s make forever happen! 🐾 Local adoption fee is $200(in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $450 (includes transport to your area)

Story
My name is Logan HOWLett. I'm fluffy like my namesake, but much sweeter, and taller. I am 3 years old; my birthday is actually December 24th. I am a mix of Saint Bernard and pittie mix so I get bursts of energy and people are my jam! Running and adventuring make me happy but then give me a blanket and a lap and you will have the happiest of pups. I love people followed by treats and ice cubes!  I do well in my crate and will sleep through the night, but I'd be more than happy to snuggle up with you in bed and keep you warm. Logan is ready for Spring but he thrives in all seasons. He's waiting for a loving furever family to bring him home for treats and cuddles. All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home. We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application. We strive to make sure the bios provided for our dogs are complete and accurate; we do understand that mistakes happen, however, so if you absolutely cannot find the answer to your question in the dog's bio, you can contact us for more information. We require a home visit for each dog we adopt out, so we adopt within a 2 hour radius of Dayton, OH. If you are outside of this radius, we encourage you to contact your local rescue or shelter.   March 13, 2026, 11:16 pm
