Good greetings, loose wiggly body, play bows, jumped on the other dogs. Mingled around after playing. Playgroup 9/9/26: Steer test 4/5with water and 3/5 with can Nub wagging. Play bow, attempted to mount. Moved away Per staff 9/9/26: Children 13+, adopters experienced with fearful behaviors Playgroup 9/8/26: Steer Test: 4/5 with water and 2/5 with can Low tail wags, looser body, head low, ears back at the fence. Slow entry to the yard, avoidant, with time greeted Beanie, quick moves, ears back, wider eyes, hackles raised, moved away on own, tolerant of other dogs greeting her Per staff 9/8/26: Kennel Presentation: Laying on her bed when I approached, ears back, wide eyes, furrowed brow, started to low growl. I tossed in a treat and she sniffed at it from a distance. I tossed another treat closer and she ate it then got up and and slowly came to the front and ate the other treat, wide eyes, ears back, furrowed brow, tail low. Leash Skills: Dodged the leash at first, with a treat lure able to leash. Once leashed came out and walked pulling mildly with hackles raised, furrowed brow, ears back, wide eyes, mid to high still tail. Outside went to the bathroom right away and was frequently stopping to sniff. Sociability: In the yard was sniffing around, nose to the ground, ears back, tail low, hackles raised. Would not come over when called and kneeled down at first only came over for treats. Took them a little snatchy so open palm or tossing them is best, she can catch! Slightly tense with handling, ears back, head low, wide eyes, hackles raised, moved away. After about a minuet or two of sniffing around came over when I kneeled down with softer eyes, ears back, looser body. Allowed handling with low to mid tail wags and the same body language, and would nudge my hand when I stopped petting her. Would flinch and move away with fast movements and over the head. Play: n/a Dog Interaction: Saw a dog walk past the fence, stopped sniffing to look up, ears to the side, mid level tail, then returned to sniffing. The dog barked at her and she walked over to the fence, hackles raised, ears back, barked, easy to move along with calling to her and light leash pressure. Return to Kennel: Walked back pulling moderately with the same body language as walking out. Hopped right into kennel and was able to remove leash by hand when reaching from the side. Color Level: Blue Per staff 9/8/26: On the backside of her kennel for cleaning, standing at the front bars with wide eyes, ears back, furrowed brow. Started to give some slow low nub wags when I talked to her. Tossed in a treat which she went over and ate, returned back to the front with some low tail wags and softer wide eyes. Per staff 9/7/26: Laying on bed with wide eyes, ears to the side with a closed mouth low growling. Dropped treats and she sniffed them from a distance however did not get off the bed Per staff 9/6/26: Removed one stray emaciated female mastiff from out front of address. Timid, very fearful, hard barking, non aggressive behavior, shaking, very vigilant, allowed leashing and transfer into truck.
